I bet it will. I don't have that brand, but I fit a 37 under mine. The actual measurement was 36.5, and went in with no issues. My 37s are BFG K02s and the spare is a Hankook Dynapro (because of price), FYI

Mine is the Alpine, so it sounds like improvement across the board. I think some may be expecting a magical change in sound, which isn't going to happen with a $250 upgrade.
