Peddler's Glory is an old road right-of-way in Preston County, WV. I posted about it when I took the JTR up it for the first time in 2022. This time, my wife was riding shotgun in my hydro blue JTR, Matt and his kids were in the hydro blue JTW, and Chris and his son were in the JK. The trail...
Lol I would die. I can barely stand driving in 101°F with the hard top on and AC maxed. Anything over 75 and I'm uncomfortably warm, over 80 and the top goes on. I have been known to run doorless into late December if it's not raining or snowing, so I might be the weird one.
Who are these people who love suffering in the heat? For me, the freedom panels and front doors come off anytime the forecast for the day says sunny and high temperatures between 60°F (50° if the wife isn't going) and 79°F. Anything over 80 and I'll have the doors on and AC maxed out. Rear doors...
I picked up a 28" Craftsman toolbox with a weather seal that holds my DeWalt chainsaw, spare battery, charger, and a quart of bar oil easily. Identical boxes are sold with Stanley and DeWalt branding, so look for the cheapest if interested.
I hear you. My lab mix Duke used a ramp in my old Tacoma from the time he was about 10, and then we got the stairs because the ramp was too wide for the JT's door sill. After Duke passed in December, we adopted an older gentleman in April. His new name is Huckleberry, and he's probably about 9...
Awesome, thank you. Honestly, if I had been aware of your SHW when I bought my GG two years ago, I might have gone with it. I really like the way you utilize the dead space around the back wall, and it looks like your materials and design are on par with theirs.
I wonder if you could get a measurement of this webbing loop minus the quick link. With the dog stairs I use (with a Goose Gear, sorry Wes), I always leave the passenger rear door unhooked to allow the door to clear. If there's enough slack in the door wiring harness to open 90° or more, I'd...
I actually have one of the 12" DeWalt battery saws, and I love it. I was borrowing the Stihl from my mom, and it performed really well. I'll probably never go back to gas chainsaws at this point.
