Today I officially cancelled my custom order and will be getting a dealer-spec through a dealer trade.

I am hearing about cancellations on custom orders left and right. And it appears that people are doing the same thing, people are willing to compromise and get a dealer spec unit because of the inconsistency and lack of information from FCA regarding custom orders.

Actually my local dealer sells them below sticker. At the very least they start at the posted MSRP.

I called and spoke with somebody at FCA, they were going to call me back with an update today, but apparently they did not get the information because I did not hear from them. Additionally my sales person has messages into our regional FCA rep for some kind of update as to what’s going on...

I just got an Email from FCA regarding my Gladiator with A build sticker, but its not MY build or VIN. Is this a generic sticker or did I get crossed in the database at FCA? My VIN is 1C6JJTBG7LL114844 but the sticker they Emailed me has a VIN of 1C6JJTBG7LL101172 Yikes!!!

Jeep help line and dealership were unable to get me update as my est ship date was May 23. Today a resource found my VIN is scheduled for week of June 17

Mine is a non steel bumper Rubicon. Now 7 days past ship estimate.

Your dealership should be able to get you your status information, it will not automatically come from anybody else.
