Here's a Little update on the swap. I ended up taking the family to San Diego to watch the supercross races and it drove okay until I hit 74 mph and then there was a slight vibration from the pinion and drive shaft angle. So when I got home I lowered that one so that there only half a degree off...
How does the JTRD handle towing with the 40 inch tires? Do you have it on a Canadian diet yet? Also, how are the XT tires wearing? I am on the fence between them and the MT02 and they aren't that different in price at the moment. Discount Tire has the MT02 for $29 more a tire.
There are some great deals out now, but don't forget about all the cool trips and memories you've made by not waiting to buy your gladiator.
I thought I got an ok deal on mine, but dealing with the dealership afterwards was a nightmare.

The tie rod had to be replaced with a straight style type. The curved one I had would not clear the hd60 pumpkin according to currie, I never tried it.
I found the steer smarts yeti tie on sale for black friday and snagged it for the build. It seems beefier than the rockjock tie rod I had on...
Is there anyone out there that would be willing to measure their ground clearance under the front pumpkin with 37s? I forgot to measure it because I was so excited, but I took some measurements from my rear dana 44.
Looks like I have about the same ground clearance as I did before, because my...

I couldn't have done it without @Gregj and his son though! That sucker was heavy! How heavy ill post soon.
The new 1350 driveshaft from Dana does not weigh a lot more than the stock driveshaft, that's a pleasant surprise. It is slightly smaller in diameter as well, so it should have more room before hitting the cross member.
The stock transfer case yoke came off easily with the impact gun. The...
Thanks to @Gregj and his son, we were able to muscle the axle under the jeep and get the control arms connected.
Like advertised, all the components bolted right up and didn't need any modifications.
Even the steering stabilizer would have mounted to the ram mount on the axle. So I'm not...
Here's hoping I don't have any issues on the trail. The gladiator it's not my dedicated trail rig at the moment, and I don't plan on taking it on any crazy obstacles.
I guess I'll have to look into getting a 90 degree grease needle for the lower ball joints. It is odd Currie installed them with the grease fitting facing the wheel.
Also, don't be like me and install the knuckles before the axle shaft... It should be obvious that the new axle shaft is too...
