Well I couldn’t help myself. Went ahead and ordered the alucab 3r from avo as well. Decided the setup and tear down was worth it. And will just sell the ikamper to cover most of the price of the alucab.

Main thing now is our static rack capacity is 900lbs and not being small by any means 6’2 300+ I want to make sure I don’t come crashing through the roof one night.

Can anyone confirm the roof weight rating on the canopy? The Alucab website has conflicting information. If it’s the 400kg then perfect. Consider it bought and sold. If it’s the 300kg then I’ve got issues.

I will tell you when I have the bed empty they come right back up to where they are. I currently have my rack and tent and two gunner kennels back there and they are sitting about 1” taller than the front.

Just the rears and 4.5” with the weight of my tent, rack, batteries and fridge it brought it almost level with the front. A little higher in the rear but not really noticeable
