From stock to modified. The canopy camper has been replaced with a canopy. Had to include my wife’s JLR too.
  2. Powerbrake BIG Brake Upgrade: TLDR - WORTH THE $$$

I have been running them for over three years. I love them so much I have considered putting them on my wife’s two door JLR, but it would be a waste.
  3. LoD and Reaper front bumpers

I like my LOD. I have the rear too.
  4. 1968 Unimog 404 - talk me out of this

  5. Alu-Cab Contour Canopy Roll Call - not Camper

Nice. My order arrived about six months ago and the box is still sitting on the shelf. I need to do the install this fall. Please keep us updated as you install, I am going to need all the tips and tricks possible.
  6. Securing SunRider when Open

Straps only help if you driving backwards at 35mph or more. They say to use them for legal reasons.
  7. 37s giving 2.5 MPG better than stock?

The smaller Falkens are probably heavier than the BFG.
  8. Purchase Gone wrong

Sounds like poor customer service, but did you not check the measurements and return policy before ordering?
  9. Alu-Cab Contour Canopy Roll Call - not Camper

In the first image, it could be coming in the window, but it was fully closed. It does not usually get wet there. The second photo is the typical issue. It is not coming in through a some window, but maybe a rivet. The slotted track where the canopy connects to the bed will be filled with water...
  10. Alu-Cab Contour Canopy Roll Call - not Camper

I added weather striping to the tailgate, though I am not sure it was needed. I have had less dust in the canopy than I did in my canopy camper, which did not have a negative vent. My biggest issue with the canopy is water leaks that I can not track.
  11. Our Alu-Cab Canopy (cap), questions, pics, and maybe future mods...

We have three 1Up racks and did not like the bikes blocking the brake lights, so we bought these https://1up-usa.com/product/led-light-bar-license-plate-holder. They work well. When I put an ACCC on my JT in 2021, I wanted better lighting so I added auxiliary brake and turn signals. In 2023...
  12. How much weight does it take to sag a Mojave

Nice. I miss having my ACCC sometimes, but we were not using it enough to justify keeping it on the truck.
  13. How long do batteries last sitting on the floor in the garage?

I finally got around to replacing the main battery in my wife's JLR a few weeks ago, the original finally died. I disconnected the aux battery by pulling fuse 42 and disconnecting the cable. So far the battery from my JTM is doing fine.
  14. How much weight does it take to sag a Mojave

Pictures or it didn't happen. :)
  15. How much weight does it take to sag a Mojave

You will go though the bump stops faster. I did not notice any difference in steering.
  16. How much weight does it take to sag a Mojave

I ended putting a lift on it when I changed the coils. Shock extensions are not needed if you just change the coil but stay with the same height. My setup did weigh more than yours will, but I would still consider upgrading. Even if you do not get significant sag, the driving dynamics will...
  17. How much weight does it take to sag a Mojave

This is with an empty ACCC and awning on a Mojave. LOD steel bumpers and a winch. It sagged and handled horribly. Dobinson HD coils on the back and standard coils on the front fixed it.
  18. Love Centerforce now. The new clutch is working great. Please Help. 2.5 weeks without my JT---F#$%ing Centerforce!

My shop coordinated with CF and they replaced it. Now it is perfect. CF said it was and issue in some of them, but not many.
  19. No Ducks For Me(Beware, rant/negative duck comments)

I do not get the duck thing, but am ok when someone leaves one on one of our jeeps. For those who get soooo upset about it…lighten up Francis. There are so many other things to worry about in this world.
  20. Driveline vibration

I ordered a Tom Woods and it vibrated like crazy. The shop switched it with another and it was fine, until I gouged it driving offroad. The first one was sent back to Woods and is expected back in the next week or two, then they will send the one I have now back to be rebalanced. When it gets...
