I had my 21 JTR on 35s regeared to 5.13 about 2 weeks ago. My experience is that it downshifts more aggressively, quite abruptly sometimes down to 1st. I'm going to give it until around 1000 miles, and I'll try the adaption process if it hasn't fixed itself by them.

Same here. I had also widened the holes and it failed in the exact same spot. The broken tube slid out from under the mesh and heat shrink just as yours appears to have done. It's very possible. See how close the crossover pipe is to the skid. If it's touching or very close to touching, that could be what you're hearing.

That's great! I beat the heck out of my crossover pipe, and it still buzzes when it's really cold out. I'll be placing one of the first orders for this. Will it require replacing the front brackets too @Artec ?

I'm in northern CO. Yesterday morning it was 5F and they worked fine. I have Rainx -25F fluid.

The QuadLock suction cup mount works really, really well. I've used it on a race track and subjected it to serious g-forces and vibration, and it hasn't come loose yet.

I run 315/70r17 Duratracs 3 seasons for many years and I'm very happy with them. No complaints on or off road at all. I do run dedicated winter tires (Nokian Hakka LT3), so I can't speak to winter use.
