As noted above, a satellite communicator is your best bet. CB radios have very little reach so would not be uselful for your purpose. I recommend the Garmin inReach because it allows 2-way communication...either between you and emergency services or you and family/friends.

Then buy the small child and have him/her remove and re-install the Freedom Panels for you. Or you could just pick up some sticks and a plastic tarp and make your own Sunrider.

It's actually west of 191. There are some easy trails in that area...and some not so easy. Spring Canyon Point is an easy drive and the Bartlett/Tusher area is very scenic. Those coordinates are on the Dubinky road just off the Blue Hills road which leaves 191 south of the airport. That area...
