You've got a point on the having to pack up every time you want to move... BUT... having the trailer on the back of an already long vehicle while you're trying to wheel is also a burden. I think the question that really needs to be asked is whether or not you are interested in camping in places...

There has to be something loose. Pittman Arm or Drag Link is what I would guess. They had to have had them apart in order to do the TSB as well. You don't notice it as much when you're going straight because the wheels want to track straight... but when you take your front wheels off of that...

Good to hear about Surfside! Sounds like Crystal Beach was as expected. South Padre was incredible on Friday. Not a huge crowd, maybe 100 Jeeps and everyone was super friendly! Saturday started out really good too... probably 300 rigs out there with plenty more on the way and a pretty serious...

Great looking rig! I'm happy to see that you didn't end up with much slack in the annex at that rack height! I haven't zipped mine on yet but I suspect that our rack height is pretty similar! Where mine sits right now, the bottom of the tent is ~65" off the ground.

It's the regular/middle size. The sleeping area is about the size of a queen size bed whereas the XL is supposed to be more of a king size bed. I went with the regular vs the XL so I could still mount 2 mountain bikes on the rack when the tent is on there. Also, FWIW with all the windows...

Just took delivery on my RTT yesterday and got it installed in just a couple of hours. I haven't slept in it yet, but I am very pleased with the quality of everything!

That's actually really common with vent glass. The issue is that it's such a small piece of glass that it's hardly ever broken so there is almost no demand. Thus, no real need for aftermarket replacements. The lack of demand for aftermarket replacement almost always means OEM is the only route...
