  3. Anyone know what this is??

Yes, as Bill said. And I’m pretty sure that they are a constant parasitic drain on our finicky battery systems. Yet another reason why I would disconnect it.
  4. Anyone know what this is??

Yup, just unplug the tracker’s pigtail from the factory obd-II port. Thats where it gets constant power from, so they can GPS track your Jeep.

  17. Jeep in Contrast to Other “Car Culture”

Not sure who you’re directing this comment to. I said it before and I’ll say it again, I am happy with my jeep minivan engine. My first jeep, an ‘09 JK had the old 3.8L V6. A sluggish poweplant that was woefully underpowered. My next jeep, a ‘15 JK had a Pentastar and I was pleasantly...

I saw OP is in Virginia. First they tax you up the wahoo every year, just to own a vehicle. And I've heard horror stories about the State Police. You could have avoided all the above by just.... riding a horse.
  19. Jeep in Contrast to Other “Car Culture”

I don't know about the history, but I do know the current Chrysler minivan has a 3.6L Pentastar. Yup, we got a minivan engine.
  20. Jeep in Contrast to Other “Car Culture”

We're running minivan engines. And as long as its reliable, I'm okay with that.
