Where'd you order from? Dual Friction or CFII?
I've had a Centerforce II (KCFT157077) on order from Quadratec since 8/25, its been listed as "Back ordered by vendor... I called Centerforce yesterday to see if they had a estimated fulfilment timeline, she just said "No, there are none. No date...
Here's my problem.... I've got a 17' aluminum canoe, it rides wonderfully on my FJ Cruiser's flat roof rack, from even with the front bumper to sticking off the back just 2 or 3 feet.
I really want to figure out how to haul it with the gladiator, but I've got a soft top.... this is one of the...
100% agreed!
When they pulled my truck around after the lift install (I had already been running 35s for a week or two), I was immediately happy with the proportions.
The first time I showed someone at work a picture, I had that whole "Well, you'd have to see it in person" thing going on... hahaha
No clue. Its actually part of the "Frit", or the screen printed black border. I'm sure you could scrape it off...
As far as the HGP vs Mopar? I don't know if they're neck and neck or not. I know that they were mentioning their orientation of the glass as being unique; they put the soda-lime...

I got the se vinyl caps like others have mentioned, IMO even they're pretty high at $1 a pop. Seems like you could find them from McMaster for packing material for...
A good confirmation for my current plan. Iām in the exact same ābeforeā boat, with the same headaches, did the math and arrived at the same decision for the same reasonā¦. Iām glad Iām right and havenāt even done it yet!
My opinion on a bottom line here:
Assuming you're strapped in, the only time these vehicles are more dangerous than something else is with the doors off. Even the roof isn't going to make that big of a difference.
I flipped my '06 TJ onto the drivers side and slid about 20ft with the door off...
We've been hauling my offspring (almost 4yo now) for a couple years and have zero hesitancy about his safety... He rides forward facing in the middle seat in back.
My wife objects to him riding on real roads (intersections or multiple lanes) with the doors off, so I got a set of JCR aluminum...
We tried Carter's off-road park in Saline county a couple weeks back, it wasn't horrible... My other vehicle is an FJ Cruiser with lots of bells and whistles, I've wheeled it pretty hard in its day. The Ozarks (High Water Mark trail), HS ORV, Barnwell TX, we've ran about every 3 diamond trail...
Truthfully i'd really like to get past the last of my drivetrain upgrades before I do any serious wheeling.... Regear, lockers, and a Centerforce clutch....
Women use that word a lot more freely than men do... You don't need to worry until they call your "outfit" "cute"....
And to be honest, what she probably saw in the truck to call it "Cute" is exactly what I saw and first fell in love with:
