Seriously?
How steep?
Everyone I know with a manual complains about the reverse gearing. For those of us in Sport models with the 3.73 rear end, it isn't even close to idling backwards up my driveway.
ok, I have the centerforce, but not the dual action one. My feel is like every other clutch I have had in my life except the stock one for this JT.
I have clutch feel throughout the push and you begin getting engagement quickly off the floor. Most highway shifts the pedal never fully reaches...
The design of the stock clutch is the problem, not a manufacturing defect!
Replacing the clutch with aftermarket certainly solved my overheating issues.
OK, I need your help! I tried installing hard grab handles in the back seat today, and I need to drill a small hole in the roll bar.
Sounds simple enough. Remove top, remove cover from roll bar, carefully mark the hole, center punch, and drill. Except, I can't find a drill bit that will...
3. Drop in bed liners are aftermarket. I takes me 5 minutes at most to remove and install mine, the dealer should have no problem pulling the 2 tie down points and lifting it up so you can see under it.
The slow idle drop is a thing with this engine. It is much more prevalent when you...
For the cost of repairing that bed, you may well be able to pick up a used one from a junkyard.
They are starting to appear and generally are not very expensive.
Ditto. I put a layer of sound deadener on and then the cover king. When the top is on, it is almost as quiet as any truck. When I remove the top, this makes zero difference in the install and storage.
Also, there is absolutely zero echo inside the vehicle with the Coverking Topliner.
I have had my centerforce as long as anyone. I have never had any issues with the clutch or tranny once installed.
Not sure what the shop was trying to recommend, to me that sounds like the start of a very expensive upsell.
Most vehicles are fine sitting idling. There are a few that have oiling issues at idle and long idling will eat them up. I have not heard that issue with Gladiators.
We had a member that was a wind turbine guy. He escorted the turbines to the location and lived out of his truck in the cold...
Shows what you know.
There are many of us who have been running supercharger for well over a year and we offer advice and reviews all the time.
I love the extra power from my supercharger. I can pull out and pass slow vehicles without getting run over. I can go from zero to 60 faster than...
There is no resistor in the rear exhaust. Do you by any chance mean the rear resonator?
There is a chance he is referring to the process of removing the rear resonator, and main muffler. Some of the forum members have removed those and used a J pipe to control the drone removing them replaces.
I would love to tell you this is unusual, but in the big truck industry they have been fighting the DEF tanks and all the exhaust emissions nightmares for almost a decade, and they are still a headache for them too. This is Jeep's first stab at the DEF game. It was bound to have a few...
Mine is a complete junk pile on this. Tried 6 different cables that others reported success with. iphone XR, 11, and 12. Works for none of them. I have had multiple tickets opened, including Jeep Doesn't Care tickets. All they have done is wasted hours of my time and told me it is the...
