Yeah, I know. Its not the tube it's where they put it! YEOWWW.
But seriously, my doctor has told me about the roto rooter procedure they do. That it works every time "...but it IS uncomfortable". I think that's doctor-speak for excruciating!
Mine too. When I first looked at the picture I thought it REALLY looked like it was going directly in...but I know I could never have aimed the stream that well. Hell, I can't aim MY OWN STREAM that well if you get my drift! Ha ha ha.
Posted it elsewhere but I changed my oil. Let it go to 17% and that is WAAY too long an interval. Checked my records to find is was over 11,000 miles in between. I'm NOT happy with myself for procrastinating.
Fujimoto valve installed at last change. Makes for a very clean, very hassle free change.
Resurrecting this old thread because I changed my oil today. I intended to change it at 33% life remaining. One thing lead to another and it got down to 25% and I KNEW I needed to change it....I didn't make it. Today it indicated 17%, yikes. I used Mobil One 0-20W and I've been using Wix...
Just found this online. I was totally unaware and I usually follow car/truck developments pretty closely. Must have been asleep at the wheel!
"Why did Ford stop making the V10?
Ford put an end to the production of the Triton V10 in 2011 for their trucks and SUVs. The 6.8L V10 did continue to...
Yours has the 460? Mine has the Triton V10, I thought all the E350/E450 RV chassis did.
Anyway, I'm using the Roadmaster Falcon II tow bar but it doesn't hook up the way it does to our Fiat 500 - the earlier toad. We still have it and we installed a baseplate on it. Haven't towed it since we...
My Nephew-in-law(!) moved from Seattle to the Central Coast of California last June. I towed his 16 foot enclosed trailer that weighed 4500 lbs loaded. Took it to a commercial scale so I know that's accurate.
I used the Curt Echo - worked great! - and I even bought rear bags but ran out of...
I suppose the OP is dreaming about it so it'll "look cool" but this is my totally stock 2020 JTR last June. The trailer weighed 4000 lbs. and I towed it from Seattle to San Luis Obispo, CA. Not a single issue.
UGH, can't imagine the frustration of dealing with never-ending problems with a vehicle.
I've had outstanding reliability with my purchased-used-from-Carvana, 2020 JTR that had 15,000 miles. It now has 34,000+ miles including an over 1000 miles tow of a loaded, 4,000 lb. 16 ft enclosed trailer...
Mine is Sting-Gray. It was probably the color that I was initially attracted to because back then I wasn't sure I liked the "proportions" of the truck, the bed length, overhang, etc. I STILL love my Sting-Gray truck but admit I really love Gobi too. I voted for Gobi on the poll.
Just happened to be reading this thread and now I know about the aluminum steering box issue. I have not noticed any steering issues BUT.....
My JTR is a 2020 model I bought used via Carvana and it has 34,400+ miles. So I am just under the wire for mileage and unless the former owners bought it...
It looks stout and really good. Please don't take my comment as a criticism.
My tendency is to be a little too fault finding. Spent my work career as a Construction Quality Manager for Metro here in L.A. Old habits die hard.
