I think you'll have to guesstimate to get it close and then dial in from there. Measure, adjust, repeat as necessary. Start with measuring stock track bar eye to eye and add 1/2 inch or so. There are several great videos on the youtubes that helped me. I have the mopar lift too. That's how I did it.
