I was going to take the doors off Saturday for a drive out to Rocky Mount, Wilson, then home through Clayton (Hopfly at RM mills, whirligig park, deep river stop). Glad I didn't, about 10 minutes down 64 the entire sky fell on top of us.
Which highlights a problem with this in central NC -...
Cloth or leather shouldn't matter from a seating position standpoint
I'm 6'3 with a 32" inseam. I have to drop the seat all the way down but that's true in anything I drive. Lumbar is adjustable to a pretty incredible degree, something my very long back needs.
So far I've driven almost 4...
Sure, if you're going that route. I'm not though. I may do a small lift and 35s, possibly 37s, but I would not go through the trouble of adding lockers and a sway disconnect and an aftermarket t-case and I'm for sure not looking at a custom long arm with 60s and 42s. For my use it makes sense...
Jeep comes and goes with "editions" so frequently I doubt the LE will hold much additional value. Once you get past the Rubicon badge the rest is bloat IMO - it's the technical specs that matter most.
So if you want the gray and it's cheaper to boot, sounds like the best option for you
It's still the base option on Overland, Rubicon, and Mojave. I'm guessing there is a sport base or an upgrade to 8.4 and a "higher trim" base with an upgrade to 8.4 - sounds like they dropped it for the sport only
However, when I was configuring a sport just a few weeks ago the 7" was included...
Offset is measured from the centerline of the wheel - a 0 offset wheel will have the mounting face in the center of the wheel. Offset does not depend on wheel width.
Backspacing is the mounting face measured from the inner edge of the wheel. 4.5" backspacing will tell you that the wheel will...
I wear a tungsten carbide ring. It's heavy and solid but looks brand new after 2 years without any kind of maintenance or cleaning. It also cost about $15 and I'm not a jewelry person.
That ring is kind of cool but I don't know how comfortable the flat inner face would be (at least the...
The options add up quick. Lots of people here getting Overlands with MSRP 55k+, my rubicon MSRP was only 45k and had all the options I would have added to a sport anyway, plus the goodies. Only thing I wanted that I didn't get was color but the granite is, IMO, the best of the monochrome...
I bought a Rubicon to get a manual and 4.10s. And I kept my paid-off car instead of trading it. My blue car is my favorite one I've ever owned but every time I drive it I kinda wish I was in the JT
