My 35lb 18" tall golden doodle can make the jump from ground to seat in a stock JTR (maybe a touch on the sill but not the floor). She's a spritely little thing
Hello Kannapolis! I'm from Concord, parents still live there, my grandma moved to an old mill house in Kannapolis a couple years ago.
I'll take a look, I'm not used to being able to get anything for my car at a parts store so I always forget that they can be useful. I usually only go for...
What antenna did you get and how well does it work? I drove mine up a tight gravel road with low branches and basically whipped mine around the entire way up and down. It's seriously goofy looking on a 2020 vehicle
1. Take the top off
2. Get it dirty
3. Put some shit in the bed
4. Smile a lot
5. fill with gas (again)
I'm just enjoying having mine for now. I do plan on a be liner, tonneau cover, and weathertech mats soon though. Not really mods IMO, just things you do do a truck
I call mine "the Jeep". I would call it "the truck" but that is reserved for the '56 F100 project in the garage. My car I call "the speed" (mazdaspeed3) or "my car" which differentiates from my wife's car which is "her car"
I miss my TJ and would buy another but my wife wanted 4 doors, and admittedly getting people in the back of a TJ is not fun. I also needed a truck more than another hatch, the moment that sealed it was when I had to make an emergency run for a new engine for my car and had to borrow a...
By definition flex fuel vehicles can run anything from straight gas to e85 without any changes from the factory. You are talkkng about aftermarket tuning for ethanol blends (as was i) which is a different animal
I didn't realize they were saying flex fuel tune, I haven't looked into tuning these. I have no idea if they're right though I was talking about specific tuning which is what I know. We're saying the same thing without any different information
GM V8 platform. First debut as the LS1 in 1997 corvette, followed by use in the Z28 camaro and Pontiac Trans Ams. They used various versions in corvettes until the introduction of the C7 generation in 2014, in pontiac GTOs and G8s, Camaro SS, Trailblazer SS....any high performance GM vehicle...
I come from the Mazdaspeed world where guys run various ethanol mixes because ethanol + turbo = enough torque to do lots of damage. mazdaspeeds do not have ethanol sensors. they do get the black death in the high pressure fuel pump over 50% though.
Given the variance is fuel at different...
You can run E85 without an ethanol sensor, but only if you are specifically tuned for it and always run it. The only cars that have one as standard (that I know of) are flex fuel vehicles that can run whatever. The reason Jeep says not to run E85 is (I believe) because it does NOT have a...
It is also the only way to get a manual with the 4.10 wide axles. I was planning to get a sport but when configuring one the max tow adds the automatic. So not only do I not get the manual I want but I'm adding $3500 to the sport base just to get in the ballpark...add the 7" Uconnect that...
