my oh my! neither of you should be work on high voltage electrical.. not all switches use white(neutral), blk is hot in, red is hot out, green is ALWAYS ground( bare wire is also ground). that switch does not use neutral

would love to see something that you can slide a long gun in and lock it, one piece top with a locking side

just hook the red to the same wire red is hooked to now, same for black. green goes on the green lug in the side of the switch, rest are not needed
