first off, not blaming EVO MFG AT ALL. Most likely a hiccup on my end but has anyone dealt with this type of rattle. I can not for the love of life figure this out. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Tried uploading video but file too big.

rattle coming from passenger side spring
*sounds like loose bolts but everything is torqued to spec

Rancho springs correction plates installed.
no spring bow
Not hitting bump stop

Take a rubber mallet and tap things in that area to see if you can reproduce something like the noise... including the spring itself. If you can, you will find the source and can then figure out the root cause.

Is your spring bowing towards your swaybar link? IDK why but it almost goes hand in hand with the movement of the axle.

Go check to see if the spring is bowing. Then stuff your right tire and see if there is any sort of touching between spring and link.

Did you ever find the noise? I have the same noise coming from the back after a 2” mopar lift. It’s driving me crazy. I’ve hit every square inch of the inside with a rubber mallet and no luck.

It was the spacer in the shock extensions. It was rattling

Thanks for letting me know. I don’t have shock extensions but I’ll keep looking.

Update: I once had shock extensions but took them off when I installed my mopar lift. Unfortunately I left the bolt and spacer installed to fill the hole I had to drill in the shock mount. Guess what was rattling? ?
It’s nice and quiet now. Thanks again!
