  4. 8000 mile report Rubicon diesel.

No I did not re-calibrate because I was still thinking of using 35s for street. I’ll have my son show me how to upload a pic so you can see the stance. I put the 37‘s on a set of method wheels so they’re slightly farther offset than the standard river con. Congrats on your new truck. The only...
  5. Death Valley Spring 2021

Forgot to mention that the bridge on the side of the cliff in South Park Canyon just above the Briggs mine has been shored up. Still a lot of pucker factor, but no fear of sliding off just from weight.
  6. 8000 mile report Rubicon diesel.

I traded in a 2015 ram eco-diesel, and sold my 2017 JK Rubicon to get this one. Best of both worlds. Let me know what you think of the Acos pro I’m hoping to install mine next week.
  7. 8000 mile report Rubicon diesel.

37’s feel much more stable than the original 33’s they also track perfectly . I bought a set a 35KO twos to run around town, but I like the 37 so much I think I’ll just leave them on. The diesel has so much torque that you can actually spin the 37’s with ease if there’s even the slightest bit of...

I’ve probably been through Titus 20 times in the last 25 years and this is the only time I’ve been fortunate enough to see them. If I can figure out how to post a picture I will. I’ve never seen a lamb Big Horn anywhere before.Got to say this , the open soft top let me just sit there and watch...

  10. Death Valley Spring 2021

Just spent 8 days wheeling in DVNP. Thought i would let the Jeep community know whats up. First off the park is completely open with a few exceptions. All the campgrounds were full up by mid afternoon. The road south to the racetrack had numerous small groups of overlanders camped. Likewise...
  11. Rubicon Diesel with 37s

Just spent a week in Death Valley . Hundreds of miles offroading,, crawling etc. 37s were absolutely no problem with stock gears. By the way Truck held 8th gear easily on 6% grades pulled 9% in 7th. My truck just turned over 8 k miles no issues.
  12. Can I get it home with 37’s on a Stock Sport S EcoDiesel ??

Not quite apples to apples but i threw 37 mtrs on my Diesel Rubicon and had no issues. No rub even at full lock on mild trails. Diesel has so much torque ., driveability and mileage hardly affected.
  13. What up with Jeep

So I threw up a post about how much I thought Jeep blew it using Springsteen for there Super Bowl Commercial. Almost as bad as using DeCaprio or Bill Nye. Anyway the responses were thought provoking and Interesting, just jeepers with opinions . Awesome! Next thing thread is shut down. Whats with...

  16. Anybody hate the jeep Super Bowl commercial as much as I did [LOCKED DUE TO NO-POLITICS RULE]

Anybody hate the jeep Super Bowl commercial as much as I did.My family has been buying Dodge and Jeep products since the 1920s, including at least a dozen jeeps beginning in 1946. I just purchased a new gladiator Rubicon diesel and I’m tempted to return it. I’m sick of washed Up singers,Movie...
  17. Real world MPG, what are you getting in your Diesel?

My diesel just turned over 3000 miles. First 2000 or up and over the Rockies and then back to the West Coast averaged 26.1 usually driving somewhere between 70 and 80. Upon return the West Coast put on some 37‘s with no lift and did a 200 mile loop up to Johnson Valley of which 90 miles was off...
