The used Patagonias I got (5 for $600) had come up on the end of their life. They did great while I had them, and gave me a taste of not only a M/T, but a 37 as well. After some digging aorund on the internet, I found what I wanted to replace them with...either General Grabbers ATX, or the...
I am in the market for some new tires, and am looking for some suggestions from those with more experience than I...
I am running 37 inch Patagonias right now. They are loud, dont grip worth a damn in the rain, and seem pretty far off from being true to size. To be fair though, I bought them...
Hey thanks, I appreciate it!
I just went out and checked mine out, and the bottom of the rock rail, center of the driver side rear door, is just under 24 inches as well, so that's good to know.
I have been telling myself that if I need new springs for any reason, Ill go RK.
And I'm with you. I dont have any additional weight (except the diesel). Whenever you get some free time, would you be willing to measure from the ground to the door handle, fender, rock rail, anything like that?
I'm interested in this also...did you hear back?
I have a MC GC but with Evo HD 4.5 Springs....I'd like to compare, because I feel like I dont have the height that I see some other 4.5's at!
Thanks.
I didnt know her at all, but I feel for my wife. That being said...I still paid for a ticket for tomorrow. Would anyone want to be me and go up there? It's the blue/black group, but we are all buddies, so it will be chill. One guy is even bringing a stock JL.
Let me know, and Ill give...
I'm signed up with my regular group of jeeps for the blue/black...but as of about an hour ago, I have news to break to them. My wife's grandmother just went into hospice, so she is leaving town in the morning, leaving me with the kids/dogs....so no trip for me.
I ran all over the place to get...
Thanks for all of that...how do you like the bottle Jack? Would you have a recomendation?
I enjoyed Peters Mill...We went south to north, and had no difficulty at any point. It really is a fairly simple trail, but holy sht it's beautiful! The most difficult part was passing someone going north...
I took my son with me to Peters Mill about a month ago. It's a great trip..you should try to get out early and hike some of the trails around the BoH as well!
The lift looks awesome btw! I'm very interested in getting out on the beach as well...were they picky with the "required" gear? PITA...
Got out for a little shakedown run at a nearby BOH, Peter's Mill Run. Not a difficult trail at all...and not very long either. We ended up spending more time on the highway to/from than the trail itself. Nonetheless, it was great to get out and about, earn a badge, and enjoy the area!
Installed my new Adams Front Driveshaft, 1310 with a buddy last week. Overall, not a bad experience. I think the hardest part was tightening up the bolts for the new flange going into the transfer case. It was a little annoying going in and out of 4Hi and Neutral to allow us to rotate the...
Nothing major...lowered my headlights so I would stop murdering people with these LEDs. Ill drive around with them for a few days to see if I'm happy with the new height.
