I'm another one with squeaky rear suspension when it gets cold out. About 40 degrees F or colder seems to be the cutoff for me. Gets worse the colder it gets... which is almost half the year here in Minnesota. It's a lot of fun having a squeaky vehicle for that many months of the year without...
Thanks for starting this thread! I've been looking for a 35x10 and didn't know what to think about the Kenda's. I had 33x10 on my JKU and loved them... but wanted something larger for the JT, so got sucked into a 35x12.5. It leaves a lot to be desired for daily driving and winter weather...
Like new set of take off rubi rails / rock sliders / rock rails. Can meet up anywhere between Willmar to Maple Grove to Brainerd in Minnesota.
Hardware is included... the dog is not.
How are those Super7's holding up now that it's been a couple years? I'm looking at some right now, but a little worried about some of the issues I've heard and how they will stand up to a Minnesota winters...
Another vote for the ARE CX. The Matte Black finish matches the "non color matched" hardtops pretty well.
I was really close to ordering a LEER cap for mine as I think it looks the most factory (frameless windows and the finish is spot on compared to an unpainted hardtop). But... LEER didn't...
I've owned a JKU Sport, JKU Rubicon and now a JT Sport Max Tow. I'd say for what you are doing, Max Tow is a great option. If you're more into overlanding, exploring, camping, etc than serious rock crawling (or mudding) - a Max Tow will do everything you need and maybe even better than a...
Another "Pro No Decal" vote from me! ...although, mine didn't have any decals to remove anyway (Sporty owner here). I do have Rubicon fenders on my Sport though; so I look "anti-decal".
(the jeep factory decided to give me one Rubicon fender when I bought it... so I figured I'd just replace...
Same as many have already said: 35's because it's a daily driver and I wanted to stay with stock suspension and stock 4.10 gears. That being said, 4.10 gearing is right on the edge of acceptable in my opinion. I wish there were more options for a 35x10 tire - I'd rock that size for sure...
When I was a young teenager, I would pick rocks in the summers for my brother-in-law on his farm. He would come to town and pick me up in his YJ (which he never had doors or a top on - regardless of the weather).
The feeling of going down the highway with no doors, looking directly down at...
I’ve always thought the bobbed bed looks off. Kinda like a dog without a tail. But the wood panels on this one actually make it look pretty good.
This made me think of something else though… has anyone put a topper on a bobbed bed? A green paint matched topper on this I think would really...
I loved the looks of the LEER - the frameless side windows and the way they moulded the lip above the rear glass - everything looks very factory. EXCEPT... I could not get over the weird angle they put in the front of the topper and how it miss-aligns with the back of the hard top. I've heard...
After multiple rounds of adjusting and test driving... I finally found the setting that got me spot on with GPS. For a Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT in 315/70r17 = 33.89!
