I have a Hi-Lift bed mount that was used for a few months and then I went back to molle panels for the Hi-Lift jack. These were mounted to BuiltRight trail rails and have the spring nut for that size rail. If you have a different rail system you may need to get a different nut. Happy to ship...
H3R Fire Extinguisher and Survivewear first aid kit in the bed.
The first aid kit is has a velcro back that attaches to the molle panel but tears away so that it can be easily removed. It was geting banged around a little bit in the bed so since this picture was taken I've moved it to the molle...
I have not needed anything on the Gladiator but have had work done on an FJ Cruiser and an old Bronco at Randy's Ring & Pinion. They are really good but generally booked pretty far in advance and they are in Everett, not sure where you are located.
Yep, it definitely blocks that slot but as you mentioned the Bedslide would block it anyway. I'm sure you'll figure out something that works for your application.
That being said, if you used the mount as intended (handle facing up, not down like I have it) I bet it would be close to useable...
I've had a couple of different configurations over the last year but landed on the Hi-Lift Gladiator Bed Mount with the Dominion Offroad axe/shovel bracket. I have the Hi-Lift mounted 'upside down' on the mount but it works great if you remove the rubber handle keeper and just use the velcro...
@Tanners Owner not sure where you are in Western Washington but I'm in the North Seattle area and have an RSi that I've had for about 6 months now that I would be happy to meet up and show you if you are interested in seeing one in person. It took a while to get but it's been worth the wait...
Looking for a steel front bumper takeoff if anyone has one? I have a Rubicon with the plastic bumper and looking for an upgrade but would prefer not to pay $1000 for a new one. Happy to drive to pickup, Thanks!
Yep, good catch. I love the Max-Axe, it's in the 3rd vehicle now. Agreed on the stiffness of the panels, really happy with them and they are super solid.
I've had the JCR Offroad panels for about 9 months now and really like them. They install in the factory cargo rail holes so no drilling, if you have the cargo rail installed the brackets sit between the cargo rail and the bed, in my case I have the BuiltRight rails but it would work the same...
Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but Ace Engineering make a step that works with the Rubicon rails.

Not cheap, but they are well built and give about a 4" platform for a step.
I can't compare it to just bedlining the cab but I will say that I was pleasantly surprised at how the Armorlite helps with insulation of both temperature and sound, much quieter than the stock carpet. It's not cheap but for me it was well worth the $$.
@49Gramps any pictures of how your tow strap is mounted? I'm working on the best way to mount mine and am yet to find a solution that keeps it secure but still fairly easy to get in and out. Thanks in advance!
Finally got the Hi-Lift, lug wrench and tool bag installed on the passenger side molle panel.
For those that are interested, JCR molle panels with BuiltRight cargo rails. Pretty happy with it so far, really quiet and everything stays secure even on rough roads.
The JCR panels have cutouts where the bed lights are, I tried to take a picture of the bed at night but it didn't really come out very well. Here are a couple pictures of the lights on with the molle panels installed if that's helpful.
The bed lights still light up the bed pretty well...
I've spent a fair bit of time searching this forum and other sources and have yet to come up with a definitive answer to the correct size t-nuts to fit in the BuiltRight utility bed rails. If anyone has found a good solution for this I would appreciate it otherwise it will be a trial and error...
It's pretty tight.. there are a couple of tips that I've found that work pretty good like using some tape on a wrench to hold the nut in while you thread the bolt through whatever mount you are using or using some double sided tape on your finger to hold it back there while you get it started...
