I don't notice them except during hot days when I need to vent the container, and then I just open the windows on the Smartcap for a few minutes and it's good to go. Will eventually probably move to something mounted outside but still working out the combination of RTT & roof rack so this works...
Rubicon rails from a 2020 Gladiator, a little bit dirty but otherwise in great shape. No dents or scratches. $100 OBO and I'm in the Bothell/Mill Creek area.
Favorite mod so far... by far. No visible wear, cleans up really easy and is noticeably quieter in the cab with the Armorlite over the stock carpet. Everyone that gets in the rig thinks it is factory it fits so well.
Seems like a lot of folks like the Air Lift 1000, I have a set on the workbench waiting for some time to install. I'm running the AEV 2" spacer lift so still on my stock Rubicon springs.

Not exactly what you asked for, but I think it gives you an idea of the size of the opening. The red cover in the picture is a replacement for the plastic cover that takes the place of the bed outlet for trucks without that option. What you have is a plastic cover with tabs on the sides that...
Quick fists, molle bags and some aluminum stock are your friends.
Additionally, most of the molle panel manufacturers have a few custom mounts. I'm using the @JcrOffroad Hi-Lift mount.
@JcrOffroad at the time because I wanted something that mounted behind the trail rail to give the most flexibility. As it turns out, the RSi Smartcap clamps can be moved around so it wouldn't have made any difference. The panels have been great, no complaints and they fit with the Bedslide...
@AllMoparParts.com can you help me identify the part number for the front lower shock mount hardware for a 2020 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon? Just need the nut and bolt for both sides.
Thanks!
Thanks! I've gone through a few different configurations but pretty happy with the current setup. It's an RSi Smartcap Evo Sport canopy with JCR Offroad MOLLE Panels and a Bedslide 1000CL.
A combination of a few different things, but like Animal mostly Quickfists. I have the Hi-Lift mounted using the JCR mount that comes with the MOLLE panels, fabbed up a quick mount bracket for the small gas can and I think the rest are Quickfists.
Probably less of an issue for me since I have the Smartcap on all the time but I did hit the exposed metal on the inside of the holes with some black paint (using a Q-Tip) just to be sure. The first hole is the hardest, after that it's a done deal. :)
The Bedslide centers up really good on two...
Thanks! I really like it. Between the gull wings on the RSi Smartcap and the bedslide it's really convenient to get to anything I need. The bedslide sits about 1/4" short of the MOLLE panel in the back and is just slightly more narrow than the wheel wells so there is room to hang a few things...
It's just a 4 in x 4.5 in piece of aluminum that I drilled out to match the bolt pattern on the can mount as well as the one on the MOLLE panel. I actually bought a 4 foot long piece of 4 in wide 1/8 inch aluminum stock a while ago and have used it for several different mounts. I probably have...
Finally got around to fabbing up a quick bracket for the 1.3 Gal gas can, originally for a motorcycle so had to modify a little bit. It's the largest can I can get in the space with the MOLLE panels and Bedslide in there.
Was a little skeptical at first but it's been kicking around the...
I have a VERY lightly used Dominion Offroad Hi-Lift Accessory Bar (AKA Hi-Lift Quickfist Mount) that I am not using due to a new mounting location for the Hi-Lift. This mount was in my truck for about a month but is still in like-new condition.
