Here are some pictures, it's pretty hard to get anything that really shows the gap now that the SmartCap is on and overhangs the rail but I would say there is about 1/16" gap between the rail and the bed, but with a black rail and black bedliner it would be really difficult to see even without...
Yep. Quickfists for sure, they are great but Pro-Tip they are WAY easier to install with the MOLLE panel off the truck and then just mount the panels with the Quickfists already installed onto the truck.
@ORACLElights I was looking on the website and couldn't find a reference to whether a flash is needed if upgrading to the Oculus Switchback from factory halogen lights? The plug & play for the indicator halo is a cool option.

Black stock carpet from 2020 Gladiator Rubicon, taken out after 9 months and very lightly used. If someone needs it and is willing to pick it up I'm happy to give it away if it helps another Jeep owner.
Thanks!

Not truly 'takeoffs' but I have a set of WeatherTech Floorliners that I won't be using anymore since I installed the armorlite flooring. I had them for about 6 months they are in almost perfect shape except for a little dirt, not even sure the back seat mat has had...
No leakage issues at all to this point, the gasket is still compressed on the bedrail. I only have the thicker shims at the rear, I think doing them all the way around is probably a better solution but I didn't have enough scrap material to do that. Interested to hear about your experience, if...
I haven't seen any commercially available, the closest I've seen is from the Jeep Gladiator Wayout concept build.

Finally got the driver's side MOLLE panel dialed-in with the MAX Multi-Purpose Axe, Survivewear First Aid Kit & H3R Fire Extinguisher.
The goal was to keep the bed light as unobstructed as possible and maintain access to the cargo tie down and be able to access and remove any of the 3 items...
I had a similar experience and had to go to a 7/8" spacer that compressed down to about 3/4" and then take a little bit of pressure off the rear clamps to get it fitting better. Mine is tight but I can easily open and close the SmartCap door and tailgate now. Hope you can get it figured out...
Did this install last weekend and the only real tips I can give you are:
The hardest part of the install by far is getting the trim removed, go slow and use a trim panel tool and they all come off eventually.
Install the back floor first, it will lay under the front flooring under the seats and...
The black floor seems to come with black plugs, I ended up ordering a set of orange plugs separately and reaching out to @Armorlite_Kail and suggesting that they allow people to choose which plugs they get, I would reach out to him and see if there is anything that he can do.
FWIW the floor is...
FWIW I got an email from RSI saying the load bars would start shipping at the end of the month. I don't know where they will be shipping from but that's a start. I've been waiting for mine for 6 weeks or so now.
Wow, you are definitely the winner for the fastest delivery. I'm sure you were planning on doing this anyway but you might want to make the dealer/installer aware of the tailgate clearance issue & fix from this thread.
The cap that I received did not have any reference in the instructions or an...
First off, a big thanks to everyone that has posted pictures and their experiences with the Smartcaps along with @RSI North America Inc for passing along a quick fix for the tailgate clearance issues. I wanted to pass along some additional information about my 'fix' as I did not have additional...
