  1. How To: Opt Out of Jeep Data Harvesting and sharing.

I completely agree but I think most people prefer not to be tracked. Let’s face it, my Mojave is not made to be a track car so I am not hammering the accelerator (my gas mileage isn’t great as it is and I am not in any hurry since I am retired) and I live on an island with straight roads. I...
  2. What is this??? Normal? WTH.

Looks exactly like my last colonoscopy except less pink…..
  3. How To: Opt Out of Jeep Data Harvesting and sharing.

Just posted in the New York Times. Seems to confer that they unenrolled everyone after customer feedback (aka when customers realized what was going on and got angry)...
  4. Not what I meant when I said I could go for a T-bone..........

I am happy that you weren’t (I am assuming) hurt badly. Sucks for your Jeep—it held up though!
  5. Knee speaker performance...

I have the stock Mojave speakers and actually find the under dash a bit annoying. The bass feels like the car doing something funny because of the vibration it makes. (I should adjust settings, prolly?)
  6. Trapped in Time: The Phillipines factory where Jeeps are hand-built.

I love the historical stuff. Thanks for posting!
  7. Bed Holes? Do these holes have a purpose?

My tonneau cover (Rugged Ridge Armis hard) attaches to it.
  8. 16 JK Sirius radio showed Dow Jones and S&P 500. Where is it on new 23 JT radio

Push the talk button on your steering wheel and ask Siri. She will tell you. Indexes only, no stocks. Are they worried we will be trading and driving?
  9. Cab / Bed Gap - fill in to keep leaves out

Front fender flares here too. My house is surrounded by live oaks that drop leaves in the spring and the fall. All down my fender flares and I have to hose them out.
  10. Innovative new air up/down product

My 2023 beeps when the target pressure pops up but only because my wife is sitting behind the wheel pushing it. DEFINITELY the most expensive mod possible!!!! ?
  11. How many people over 100k miles?

My local beach here closes on April 30th until September 15th. My wife asked what took so long coming back from the grocery store today but she knew……I took the beach instead of the road. Fantastic and I will miss it for a few months. Her boat will get me through though. That and ferry trips to...
  12. How many people over 100k miles?

My Jeep may make 100K but I won’t be round for it. I just don’t add up a ton of miles driving on sand or local errands.
  13. I am a new Gladiator owner

The back-up lights are not bright and made worse by the license plate lights shining into the camera (and I have had three back surgeries and prefer not to turn to look). - a Taser Mini will cut off those lights when in reverse - the Oracle back-up lights partially replace the reflector and are...
  14. What running boards are these?

They are attached to an awesome looking Jeep!!
  15. Usbc flush for iPhone

That is the same one that I bought. You can definitely close the lid to the port. It works great for USB-C charging phones. I have an iPhone 8+ so had to use the lightning adapter. That adapter is not very good. It doesn’t not keep a stable connection.
  16. Sport S Capability

I would say that it is plenty capable. I have a Mojave and likely didn’t need the stuff that came with it versus the Sport. I lock the rear diff in sand but…..do I really NEED it? I dunno. I got a Mojave because it had a lot of the things stock that I would have paid for aftermarket already...
  17. Good deal on this Mojave? ?

Exactly what I zeroed in on. Caveat emptor…..
  18. Retirement Edition Mojave.

I retired and bought a Mojave too. 32 years of a company car. I wouldn’t wish for anything else with all the money I saved but I was just as happy to not have to drive one anymore!!! The Mojave is as far from a company car as you can get….plus, I love convertibles.
  19. Rokblokz on Max Tow; Installed

I installed XL Long Rokblokz a few weeks ago. Agreed—their video was not the best. I watched three different videos on YouTube including the one from RB. Each had good tips but none stood on their own well. Using a flat head screwdriver and a hammer to pop the bracket screw thing together was...
  20. Ok this is pretty cool, inflatable topper

My with has a standup paddle board. I was looking for a hard one—they just don’t make them anymore. Went with the inflatable. That thing is hard as a rock when fully inflated and my lab claws up on it and dives off of it with no worries of puncture (well, from me—he never worries about anything...
