Could pull it off and give it a good port and polish. Should really cut down on your fill up times with that kind of flow.

Or custom fab an ss tube with super smooth mandrel bends...

I found with both my ‘23 JT and the ones we use for Jeep tours that the fuel spit-back issue only occurs at certain gas stations. I’ve noticed in those cases that the nozzles at the station where we have the overflow problem have a faster fill rate, plus their nozzles won’t extend into the filler as far as is the case with stations where the problem doesn’t occur.

Thanks for the info. I’m beginning to see the same pattern.

The only reason I looked was for the crowd exclaiming that it must be a clogged vent no matter how much you try to reason with them. I’m not looking anymore.
