Does it matter if you start it with the in dash screen on the speedometer versus the trip details? I'm wondering if it won't show whatever message on that screen?
Also, I'm assuming there is nothing in the 'stored messages' screen on the dash?
That is most definitely a ding like something is...
Yeah, I have the same issue with SirusXM. I like having it for road trips though. Never have to worry about losing the station. The family and some friends just went up to the Grand Canyon this last Sunday and we were able to listen to the home broadcasts of our respective football teams...
Hah, I was just having a discussion with a buddy about how no (or few) new vehicles include these anymore. I will say, I can't think of the last time I used a CD. I mainly do SirusXM or Pandora.
Just to re-iterate other feedback about fitment, The passenger side light fits great but there is definitely something up with the drivers side. I tried bending the interference point with the screw out of the way and just cannot get the drivers side to fit as great as the passenger side does...
I installed them on my JTR with factory LED package and have the bulb out notification. The turn signal indicators in the dash hyper-flash but the turn signals themselves blink at normal speed. I have not had any issues with the reverse light portion. I sent Oracle a PM to document the issue.
I don't think it's known yet exactly why. Some think it may be load related. There are more reverse LEDs in the Oracle lights and they are incredibly bright. Hard to look directly at even in the daytime. Big improvement over stock. Makes me wonder if their bumper LED lights would even be...
I’ve had 2 1995 YJ’s but I think favorite Jeep in the family was a 89 XJ limited that my brother had. Don’t know why I liked it so much but it was great.
I don’t think it’s necessarily about the cost of the programmer. It’s that the expectation was set that these would just plug in an work with nothing else needed. That’s not the case.
They probably needed more testing on more vehicles which would have brought these issues out and they could...
Sounds like they have a work around if you encountered issues by tapping into each tail light harness to give power to the bumper lights versus using the nicer harness they make for them.
Probably an opportunity for Oracle to create an optional harness that is two piece and can plug into the...
I’m pretty sure the only ones that have not had an issue are people that already had a tazer or Jscan
we’re talking a hundred units have been received by customers and not all just to peeps on here. And therefor by @JP_Oracle ’s math only 1 or 2 people have had a problem which is patently...
If peeps end up returning because a programmer is required for them with no indication this would be the case prior to them shipping I hope @ORACLElights steps up to the plate and issues as full refund regardless of If they attempted to install them by us preorder folks..
Maybe it’s obvious to...
Care to screen shot that and post here? I tied searching for it but couldn't find it. The only reference I could find was him just stating it wouldn't work but this was from a different FB group than what you were talking about I believe. FWIW, I don't know anything about Scott Blum but his...
Wasn't the work around for flickering versus the bulb out messages? Maybe they are the same and I just don't realize?
Seems like it might be tough to track down why some have the issue and others don't. Maybe some combination of options? Who knows. Hopefully that can be figured out with...
Not going to lie, it's pretty disappointing to learn that a person would have to spend hundreds of more dollars to make these function if you have the factory LED package. They are billed as 'plug and play' and that they 'Works with base and LED packages'.
I don't know anyone that would say...
