I have a Sunrider on my JT and noticed those threaded holes on top of the rail mounts. I took pictures and sent them to Bestop and asked what they were there for. First answer was those are there to mount the rails. Second time I inquired after not being satisfied with that answer they said...
I stand corrected with regard to the tranny in my Gladiator. The outside appearance of mine did not look like the one pictured but it is in fact a ZF850RE and has very good ratings. It is also used in the JL.
I believe there IS a problem in your case. I have a 20 JT LER and the engine in mine is dead quiet cold or warm with 5k miles. The dealer will keep putting it off in hopes the warranty will run out before the real problem manifests itself. I had a 2012 JKU MW3 with a 3.6 with a tick. I traded it...
What IS kind of strange is they put a light there but not in the glove box where you might actually need one. I still like the light in the cup holder though. It's pretty cool.
I used a Daystar lift and noticed during install the OEM track bar had a preload of about 1" and had to use a come-a-long to get it back together. The bump steer and wobble was bad until I installed the adjustable unit and centered the axle.
My lift is only 2.5". I used a Rubicon Express adjustable track bar and that got rid of most of the bump steer but I need to get the steering linkage down a couple of inches to all but eliminate it.
So true. I did front end repair and alignment work for over 20 years and one of the most significant contributors poor handling is running a low or possibly negative caster angle on the front end. The attach points of the upper and lower control arms on a current Jeep suspension are much closer...
Mine is only lifted 2.5" but after the install noticed a lot of bump steer problems. Installing the Rubicon Express adjustable front track bar solved the problem by centering the axle under the front end.

I'm seeing a lot of feature complaints about the Gladiator and don't understand why if the buyer has had ample opportunity to look things over and at least gone for a test drive prior to purchase these things should have been apparent and found to be acceptable If they are not acceptable then...
I posted the " pillow thing " and at the age of 73 I really appreciate a little neck and shoulder support while driving any distance and I find it very comfortable on trips at rest stops with the seat reclined.
I was having the same problem until I got these. They're on eBay and reasonably priced. Have zipper on back so you can adjust fullness. They're in a perfect spot for me at 5' 11" and offer support for neck and shoulders even in the reclined position.
