I’m planning to get the AEV bumper for mine. They’re not yet available, but I imagine should be soon. They were showing them off at SEMA last year.
They’re made from this “boron steel” stuff, whatever that means. But to me, they look like what the factory bumper should have been. And AEV stuff...
While you may be right about some people, a lot of us have specific plans in mind for our vehicles. I’ve gone down the mod rabbit hole many times over in many different types of vehicles. Hence why the wife stipulated she would only “buy-in” if I plan it ahead of time and don’t go down crazy...
I’m around $22k right now. I’m waiting for the diesel, so at least I have time to save!
My wife told me to make a build plan, and as long as I stick to it, she’s good with it. She knows my shenanigans well I think.
I’m definitely in for these. I saw your F150 video a while back and was really hoping you’d be making these for the Gladiator.
I’m waiting for the diesel, so it’s going to be a bit for me.
I’m also interested in a shorter version to work with the Decked boxes. I’m still undecided whether I’m...
Yeah, I’ll take free air please. I think if I were willing to pay twice as much for the lift and tires, I probably wouldn’t even notice the nitrogen, way overpriced tint or door edge guards.
Not sure if these have been posted yet, so I thought I’d show them. I asked the salesman, and he confirmed they were Mopar catalog sliders.
They’ve had this ridiculous JT at my local dealer for a week or so now. I can’t believe how much they’re trying to charge for the lift and tires, but it is...
I saw a video on YouTube where they mounted some 37’s on a stock Rubicon, and it didn’t rub full lock-to-lock. It definitely didn’t have much room to tuck, and likely would rub somewhere when it was tucked. They were running an aftermarket wheel from a JK, which looked to be near a 0 offset. But...
The benefit is they can add batteries and electric motors in the future and increase power and efficiency. The BSG is a good intro to test R&D and packaging.
At least that's where my mind would be as an engineer/designer/marketer.
Wish Milous would chime in on the engine options. :giggle:
Oh, and I'd take the 2 door for myself and the wife would get the 4 door to haul the kiddos around.
I hadn't thought of this until now, but I'm assuming Bronco will also have IFS.
I think the coming competition is a good thing though, to keep FCA on their toes.
