Me too. Every body panel is still strait with the exception of where it was hit. All of the door gaps, hood gaps, body to bed gap, etc all look fine. You can see of the side of the tailgate the gap between the bed and the tailgate is off, but this is where it was hit.
The bumper is twister...
He had two kids in his car. My daughter who was supposed to go to Home Depot with me stood home to ride her bike.
I don't think the guy ran it on purpose. He was un-licensed, but the car was insured.
When I first told my daughter her first reaction was "Does this mean we cant take the...
Was at a red light. Turned green. Started going through the intersection, when out of the corner of my eye I caught a minivan running the light. I hit the accelerator to try to get out of the way. Jeep was not quick enough and he hit the back tire. Had I not hit the accelerator he probably...
That makes sense. I don't think I have ever gotten an Avis or Hertz vehicle with more than 15k. I usually rent at O'Hare, Reagan or DFW which are fairly active airports, So I imagine their cars get turned over quite frequently.
I rent cars a few times a month, and usually you don't get much of a choice in what they give you. I just rent the cheapest vehicle and when I pick it up, I am given a space number in a parking lot, that 95% of the time has a better car in it that I am paying for. Only a few times have I gone...
I think that Jeep is going to come out with a Willys edition of the Gladiator (or something like it) that will feature the 44 wide track axle w/ LSD. Its possible that they did not want to manage a supply chain of 44 wide tracks with and without the LSD, so they are just including it as part of...
It has changed.
I think I should clarify my original point - it doesn't make economic sense as an option. They would have to make the supply chain of "with and without LSD". I am not sure why they added it. Might be their supplier is producing the axle for someone/something else, and it's...
I hear you - I like to look at it more in terms of the overall economic lift. Would you rather people have $15 an hour jobs pulling plastic out of molds or $200 an hour jobs engineering robots to do the task (or servicing these robots / building these robots / training these robots). This is...
Not debating that number, but I would like to see how they are accounting for this.
Is a drive shaft and a screw each counted as "1" component. For example - if there are 10,000 American screws on the truck and 1 German transmission (consisting of 100 German parts), is it 99% US made?

I love driving Series and Defender Land Rovers. My favorite was a 1990 that had the 200 tdi in it, was RHD and was the 90 inch pickup style. It was a blast to drive.
The new Defender is a Defender by name. There is no way it can handle what they put it through in the commercial and not come...
