Dealership didn't find anything, said everything was tight. So, back down the rabbit hole I go.
Ended up ordering Steer Smarts tie rod + drag link, may give that a go to see if that fixes the issue. Going to swap out to a set of Sport S wheels + tires, as well as maybe install the stock...
If you're derating without towing in extreme conditions, you need to see the dealer. It's not a design flaw, I would bet you have something wrong with your vehicle.
As far as those that derate while towing, at high elevations, at high temp, at high speeds (65+mph) etc. that seems to be expected...
I had that same exact size on my Willys, and clearance was fine for daily driving, didn't take it off road as I'm sure the fender would have been ripped off.
Additionally, you will rub at full lock on the LCAs if you keep stock wheels/backspacing. I didn't want to spend the extra for different...
I've heard horror stories of this exact thing happening with State Farm. They'll just cancel you without any notice... also, one missed payment and they boot you? I'd shop around if I were you.
Decided to go with PRP, these are a tan set for cloth seats. $150 local pickup, or will ship for $15.

Honestly, I wouldn't worry about it. It'll let you know if it needs a regen, and will tell you to drive for 30 minutes at 60 mph (or something around those numbers). I think there is a lot of fearmongering about how to drive diesels and if you don't do this/that you'll end up killing it early...
You should be able to find 7" and maybe 8.4" systems that other folks are upgrading that should be fairly plug-and-play if they come with the unlock code (which isn't hard to get).
The only thing to note, is if you go with a stock upgrade, you will obviously lose the volume and tuner knobs...
I've got a Snazzberry with the Heritage Tan interior, purchased the Diver Down covers but want something that will protect it a little better (I had a mishap where some food grease seeped through the cover and into the cloth seat).
I definitely want to incorporate the tan again, but I can't...
Wouldn't you be better off returning it and getting a kit made for the diesel? The springs in that kit aren't going to be tuned for the added weight of the diesel.
Yeah, if you're getting 12V at the camera, it should be fine. If it's grounded to the body, you shouldn't need the (-) on the wiring harness to be connected.
I was thinking that the RCA harness you got might not be any good? Or maybe the pins aren't making full contact in the plug?
I don't think it's a JSCAN issue if you're able to see the cargo cam option. It seems that it's not getting a signal, hence the blue screen. If you've checked for 12V at the camera, then power doesn't seem to be an issue--could be either the wiring harness you installed?
I dropped an email to one of the service advisors at the dealership I normally go to, I'll see if he replies.
Tempted to rule out the steering stabilizer by swapping the stock one back on, but not sure if that will actually do anything.
