  3. 2021 Jeep Gladiator Official Specs & Info. Sarge, Nacho & Gecko Colors Added

Thats why I cant trust their article as the only article out there mentioning towing soecs.
  4. 2021 Gladiator EcoDiesel Official EPA MPG and towing capacity

Im not buying an ecodiesel for fuel savings. Come on Jeep, release the dang payload specs on the various trims with the ecodiesel.
  5. 2021 Jeep Gladiator Official Specs & Info. Sarge, Nacho & Gecko Colors Added

Wow...theyre doing a fantastic job at pissing off current and potential owners and act like they don't have their crap together. Making that other brand look better every day even though they too have been secretive about things but the gladiator isnt new so jeep has no excuse.
  6. 2021 Jeep Gladiator Official Specs & Info. Sarge, Nacho & Gecko Colors Added

Im not worried about the towing only 6k estimated. Its the payload piece Im concerned with if going with a JTR diesel. If they bumped the GVWR up to 6450 whoch is 200lb increase, I know that diesel, DEF system and emissions crap weighs more than 200lbs increase from the 3.6, which leads me to...
  7. 2021 Jeep Gladiator Official Specs & Info. Sarge, Nacho & Gecko Colors Added

Im taking this as its not as impressive as they thought and exactly why Im on hold before ordering. All that torque wont help me if Im at my max payload with 400lb tongue weight of trailer, 2 adults & 2 large dogs. They have another 30 days to release the info, after that they’ll be losing 2...
  8. 2021 Jeep Gladiator Official Specs & Info. Sarge, Nacho & Gecko Colors Added

And they failed again to talk about the payload and towing capacity of the diesel. Shocker. But the paragraph right before they reiterated the 3.6 capability lol.
  9. Jeep Customer Service

Rule # 1 of owning a jeep w/ a soft top - don’t lock your doors and keep valuables out of it. Locking the center console or glovebox is just asking for damage. Id rather they open my door than cut or damage my soft top.
  10. Having second thoughts

Wow didnt realize my 3.5 was that much higher. But then again, I also have the max tow package.
  11. Having second thoughts

Thats one of my other big concerns. Have 2 (70)lb large breed dogs and wife is talking about a baby in near future as well. My f150 cab is so spacious and could easily keep the 40% down for car seat and the dogs on the other side with the seat bottom up. In the JT, Id for sure be removing the...
  12. Having second thoughts

Why so low of rating behind the f150? Mine is 10,700 on my ‘18 f150 supercrew & 5.5 bed.
  13. Eco Diesel in the Rocks and Overlanding

With the prior gen diesel we had, we had zero issues up until 52k miles when the turbo inlet line blew and the tech completely botched reassembling everything which resulted in diesel all throughout the engine bay and smell inside the cab. Traded it in the following day for the 3.6 gas at a...
  14. Eco Diesel in the Rocks and Overlanding

Which JT trim did you go with? Based on you going to 35s with mo lift, safe to say a JTR?
  15. Eco Diesel in the Rocks and Overlanding

Well thats a small world, thats where I bring my truck for service since I live in N Thornton.
  16. Eco Diesel in the Rocks and Overlanding

And I think that's why I hate my wife's 3.6 in her '18 GC so much. Previous '15 GC had the eco and its not even a close comparison of the 2. Its like comparing Lance Armstrong on a bike to a 95 yr-old grandmother using a walker.
  17. Eco Diesel in the Rocks and Overlanding

You didn't by chance obtain info on what the payload would be on the 3.0 JT did you? So far, no one has been able to provide me this info. Also, on a separate note, not sure what Ford dealership you work for here in Denver, but I may need to speak to you about a new super duty.
  18. Progress of building and delivering the Eco-Diesel

Looking forward to you guys getting your ecodiesels! When you do get them, could you share what your payload sticker states? I haven't been able to get an answer from any dealerships yet.
  19. Heading west

as someone who lives out here in CO, we pretty become accustomed to not being able to have campfires during most of the summer months. Wish I would have known that before I spent $300 on a solo bonfire lol.
  20. Eco Diesel in the Rocks and Overlanding

As a fellow LJ owner...he's trying to sell you a 3.6. If the Ecodiesel is anything like the one we had in our '15 Grand Cherokee that weighed more than the wrangler or gladiator, it hauled a** and made the 3.6 look pitiful.
