I'm glad I went with the black fenders and top. I like the contrast. I've got some pretty good branch scratches on the black fenders. Can you see them?
I tow our older 20' open bow with our gas powered JTR. I'm not sure exactly what the boat weighs, but it's a big fat pig with a 5.0 liter V8 in it. I can definitely feel it back there, but it tows it fine. I actually like towing it better than the 2001 F250 Powerstroke I sold. Maneuvering around...
My buddy's blue Sport S Max Tow with a Teraflex 1.5" leveling kit and 35's.
If it was me, and I already had the Mopar lift on the way, I would install it.
Curved bill on all the Jeeps I have owned. 37's on 17" wheels. We have a Lexus IS that the wife drives. It came stock with the big wheels, wide tires with very small sidewalls. It sticks to the road like glue. But, I am constantly adjusting air pressure on it to keep the TPMS system happy...
The good news:
RC 2.5" front/ Daystar .75" rear is still doing great. No clunks or problems. 37" tires. JT is now at 9,000 miles.
The bad news:
Picture was taken at work and not on a forest trail. ?
Our little class A Ford V10 powered motorhome pulls our JTR. A little slow up really steep grades, but otherwise does fine. On moderate grades, I can keep it at 55-60 mph.
We used to trailer our built TJ on a steel PJ car hauler and it did fine also. We also towed the same combo behind our...
That's where I got mine, plus a ton of other tires on other vehicles and trailers. Nothing but great experiences. That is why I keep going back.
One exception: If you guys sold large Class A motorhome tires, which you don't, I would of bought those from you too.
My point exactly. Stock 33 to 35, to now 37, and I've never had a problem in over a year and 8000 miles. No problems with many other friends on their Gladiators and JL Wranglers with larger tires.
Thanks all for your replies. We are going to check all the wiring connections and fuses.
Not mine, a good friend. He just bought a 2021 Sport S Max Tow at a dealer in a neighboring town. Ordered some wheels and 35" tires. On the way to the tire shop, his JT threw two codes. UO418 faulty brake system control module, and UO415 invalid data anti lock brake system control module. Still...
