YEP!
This common even for tall guys and folks that do a lot of hardcore wheeling. I have installed a LOT of them for folks:
Cheap and effective, you will need some longer bolts...

What is the basis for that thought?
I think only the base Sport model will be left off the diesel options sheet.
My basis is looking at Jeep.com site and clicking on 'Compare'. The Sport has few options while the top 3 are the ones are the money shots. Sport is entry level and the goal is to...
Making the move to bigger meats begs the question: What air pressure do I run them at?
The door jam tells us what each vehicle as equipped is to be inflated to. Beyond that you are on your own.
2 key things about tires:
1) Co-Efficient of Friction. CoEF
2) Contact Patch "CP"
Number 2...
Wonder WHY?
I did Rino...ONCE, NEVER again, stains easy, near impossible to get out, peels, rips and tears. Warranty is just words, they covered NOTHING in spite of taking it back in less than 3 mo after they did it...
Here is the problem: there are A LOT of people stupid enough to buy just so they can be the first kid on the block...either stupid or more money than sense!!!
I just posted on Texas forum 4, for sale with KM2's, I think they were $1000 face to face San Antonio...

I know NOTHING, just saw it on CL and passing it on FWIW
FIRST: the SS is NOT a bandaid, those that say that have no idea what they are talking about.
Death Wobble: Can occur on any car and just wait till you have it on a motorcycle if you want something scary!
The SS is your first line of defense against DW. It is a KEY component in the steering...
Your thinking is legit and solid...but in all the years I have run trails there is only one that summits and that is a Jeep. I have NEVER owned a Jeep as my single vehicle, yet is the car I drove most of the time, drive to work, play, and have fun. Yea I have a F 350 Crew Cab, Long Bed, King...
I would tell you, that if you can run 35's and NO lift, then DO IT! If it was a perfect world and physics did not apply to Jeep then instead of Lifts we would put on lowering kits. Gravity is NOT your friend in serious rock crawling.
I ran 37's on my TJ Rubicon, everyone said you could never...
Some sage thinking going around here from Red and Hemi, just to name 2, there are others, for all that I am glad.
When I got my first Rubicon Aug '02 after being stunned at its performance envelope I pondered exactly what was I going to do with it.
As always my Engineering background dominates...
Lockers are for times you want no slip at all, LSD for times when a little slip is ok. Are there times when LSC is superior to "Lockers"? Take it to the bank there are times when LSD leaves them behind. LSD generally shifts traction back and forth between wheels while lockers are just that...
Well, being Jeep builder and shop owner I like it, just wondering is it a Demo Jeep (prob so) or a serious contender on the trails (I did not build Demo Jeeps).
So my first 2 questions are what engine and what axle sets to spin and support 40's...
LOL, that was funny I don't care who you are...
Just a wild guess, but looking back over my total driving years I have racked up maybe around 1 Million miles, in all that time I have never needed to use my Skillsaw in the car but I will file this for future ref.
I am retired or at least I retired once in '94, then went back to work, sold my company, wash, repeat I am way into my 70's maybe sell this company in a few years and not start any more or so I have said in the past. JT Rubicon on order, MAX'd out with all the options.
Friends don't like...
OK, GOT that, now for the hard part:
I walk in the door, I want to place an order for a JT Rubicon maxed out at around $63,xxx. I don't need financing, how much below Invoice in "%" will you do the deal on a total clean deal +TT&L, I understand that. I most likely do not have a trade in...?
