If you are going to lift it go Willy's. Most of the best parts of the Mojave is the suspension and if you lift it you throw that away. Only thing you will miss is the 4.10 gears.
4 banger that can keep the battery charged for long trips would not be a problem for me, though I am not a fan of direct injection engines which most are. Too many have issues with the valves getting fouled from the PCV return.
If you do not want the hard top then that sucks. But other than that just buy a soft top.
Also check another dealer, might be trying to inflate the price or worrying about warranty on seats.

Yea, the wrecker driver was very picky about what trails he was taking. The Jeep driver was way off trail from what it sounds like it. Costly mistake though, that Rubicon is trashed.
