  3. Decision-Making on JTR or stick w/ a real truck?

Whilst wheels and tires are part of your GVWR, they are not part of your cargo weight. cheers
  4. Thinking hard about buying a gladiator, some advice please

Sorry to hear about your JT getting stolen. While you can remote start through Sirius, you still can not drive it without the key fob sender in the vehicle, so they mist if had its code too somehow. Sounds like you were targeted from the start, and not a random hit. I have Sirius remote start...
  5. What did you do WITH your Gladiator today?

I know, was just saying I like the look of it. At first I thought this was a JT conversion, but found out otherwise. Still cool looking though. cheers
  6. Dealership tracker?

Where on the JT did you find this? cheers
  7. Why did you/didn’t you lift your JT?

If you are not going down trails or over obstacles that require the lift, than stock height is fine. I am not going to lift my truck, but will add slightly larger tires down the road. cheers
  8. What did you do WITH your Gladiator today?

The back cargo box/bed change is interesting, like the dual latch tailgate. cheers

  11. Sport or Sport S

Tow weight seems high, but the payload sounds about right, mine is 1150 lbs without the max tow package, so the progressive max tow springs should give your around 1500-2000 lbs, depending on the extras you have. cheers
  12. Sport or Sport S

Yes, I know the Maxtow only comes with the auto transmission, I was referring to other aadd ons like adding the MoPar lift kit, steel bumpers, etc, all of which add more weight, and reduce cargo capacity. cheers
  13. Sport or Sport S

Tow limits depend on which Transmission you have also. Basic is 4500 lbs, but with Auto 8-speed Transmission and Trac-Lok® Anti-Spin Rear Differential Option, you can get 6,000 lbs. MaxTwo package gives you the 7650 max with the Auto tranny, but again depends on what other options you have on...
  14. K&N Engine and Cabin Air Filter(s)

Yes, good to know. I used a K&N air filter on my Dakota, worked very well. cheers
  15. Damn...Cited for no doors and wide tires.

Just playing the Devils advocate... :jk: cheers
  16. Is it dorky to only take off the front doors?? POLL

XJADDICTION, I like your mirror solution, got a link to shwere you got it? cheers
  17. Damn...Cited for no doors and wide tires.

“Reality is this is a 3.5 bqckspaced rim built for Off-road racing and not for street” So why are you running off road racing setup on the street? This seems to be the major cause of your problem. Yes, it looks good, but... it is not functional. cheers
  18. Factory Trailer Brake Controller releases ...EDIT: STILL WAITING

Thanks, this same cable is used by some Prodgy units as well in the Jeep JT. cheers
  19. Factory Trailer Brake Controller releases ...EDIT: STILL WAITING

Yes, the brake controller is on my short list too, but I did not find the Jeep JL harness adapter, only a Cherokee on their website. You got a part number for the JL harness? cheers
