What torque did you end up using? Currently I am at 111 and was going to add the degree today.

They are after market Metalcloak supplied 5/8 bolts. They appear to be the same thread pitch as the factory bolt.

Thanks for all the replies! Success - it took two ratchet straps and an extra set of hands\eyes to align the hole! Now I believe it is the torque is 111 + 65 degrees. Please correct me if I am wrong.

SOS. Need help with lower control arm. As you see in the photo the lower control arm needs to move forward. The bolt came out easy... now to get it back. I did try to jack up the rear a bit but that did not seem to work. Help!

Need some help with an install of the rear frame MC LCA skids. Not sure what torque I should use for control arm bolt (21mm), factory bolt on frame (18mm), 3/8 7 1/2' bolts. Any other tips tricks would be great as well. Not sure if anyone has install the MC version but I assume that other...

Added new 37" BFGs.

So I got on the scale today with a full tank of gas and me (165lbs) and I tipped the scale at 5940 so 280lbs. This is with the new 37" BFG KO2s tires as well.

I am upgrading from 35 to 37 this weekend from/to KO2's. I did consider the K03 because they did not weigh much more then the KO2 but I read the ride quality is a bit rough due to the sidewall thickness. I decided on the KO2 base on weight and its impact to over all performance and my driving...

One of these days I will have to get weighed. Since I have the full under cloak system, the GC 3.5, front and read MC steel bumpers plus the winch which is 80lbs my guess that adds a not insignificant amount of weight.

Thanks. So I just did some measurements 33 1/8 front and 33 1/2 rear and 11" to the bottom of the front diff. BTW PSI is 34. I am heavier than you with lots of MC parts and a winch. So give or take I would get about 1.5 inches clearance with the upgrade to the 37s. Are your tired C or D rated?

Maybe you this bracket and install chase lights from Diode Dynamics, KC, Baja Designs... or whomever fits your budget.

This appears to be the rear tire. Do you also have the measurements for the front? I would like to compare that to my 35 K02 to see how much additional height I would actually get if I go with the 37s.

For me it's about overall height to determine if I can upgrade to 37s and still sit in the garage. The actual tire diameter off my just is inconsequential compared to garage fitment.

I used the same method as the posted picture i.e. level and tape measure.

Interesting. I am running 35 K02s C rated and measure 33.5 with a psi of 37 and that is with a full @Metalcloak underclock, front and rear bumpers and a Warn winch. Trying to see if I can fit in the garage with 37s.
