I have always adjusted my track bars with the Jeep on the ground. Loosen the adjuster nut/clamp, drop the axle side and adjust it. Might have to loosen the frame side bolt on the track bar..

Anything is recoverable, it all depends on how much money it will cost.

I have had both Rhino and Line-X and prefer the Line-X, It doesn't feel any rougher to me than the Rhino liner did.

I had Line-X spray liner and UV clear coat. Really happy with the results.
