I think the easy button here would be to mask off the skin and spray some blue plasti dip on the letters. I think that would work pretty well.
Versus trying to inset some vinyl and cut it without cutting your paint.

Iām guessing your rotor will be fine, those things are pretty beefy. Mine was, and I couldnāt believe it based on the whole caliper jamming/breaking my wheel.
But I wouldnāt be surprised if thereās something off with the whole brake shield/parking brake assembly since the sheet metal thatās...
If it looks like the brake shield isnāt contacting the rotor but you still hear a noise, then I agree with @kevman65 itās some other part of it rubbing that you just canāt see.

Even if theyāre tighter now, I wouldnāt trust them without loc-tite.
Why do the body bolts need gobs of red loc-tite from the factory, but brake calipers donāt????
