If you take a 35 inch two ply sidewall tire and add a third ply to the sidewall (with sidewall toughness complaints driving that decision), the tire is going to increase in weight.

I would NOT run anything from the roof by “dropping the windshield” because that necessitates violating that very nice seal there where the windshield meets the roof panels… no bueno.
I would run it from the roof rack back behind the cab, down between the bed/cab interface and then follow the passenger side frame rail up to the firewall and battery area.
I’ve run AT3W’s on the last two Jeeps and a Dodge. Best all around tire I’ve ever had, especially in the wet and icy stuff.
4W’s on now and loving them. The 3 ply sidewall is exactly what this tire needed.
TBH, they all work. There’s some variables that affect how well they work though. Lift, tire size etc.
These days I’m a fan of adjustability when it comes to track bars. Being able to dial it in is key.
Metal Cloak here. After two other brands I won’t bash here, I finally have the front dialed in after going with MC track bar, drag, and tie rod. Very happy.
