You can disable the headlights coming on in conjunction with wiper use in the settings screens. In my state of Maine headlights on is required when raining.
If it isn't really dark and the dim dash is a problem you can always bump up the brightness with the dash scroll wheel.
Looks like there are grates over all the windows. The hood shadow may be the windshield fold down grate or the grate for the drivers side window.
Maybe he is heading to a riot…..
I've put my JTR up for the past two winters in an unheated garage. Sat 5 months each time, no battery tender. Always started right up. Would take about 20 miles of driving to bring the ESS battery to full charge.
You have a problem.
So I installed my Airlift 1000 kit today on a 2020 Rubi. There were no isolators midway on the springs. There was one on the very top coil. The rubber spacer fit easily within it so I let it be. Super easy install. Jacked up a bit under the receiver to stretch the springs some. Used a hand...
Probably just to prevent the isolators from getting knocked out of position by the air coils. The inside lips could get peeled back. Thats my guess anyways. Hope to get my airlifts installed this weekend,
Pulling more than 1/2 capacity of lead acid battery is detrimental to its lifespan. Can't tell you what the battery state of charge needs to be to start the truck.
A Lasko L3300 draws 165 watts, 1.375A @120v. Your inverter will be pulling about 15a suppling that. I wouldn't go more than 3 hours. I don't know the trucks draw on ACC but alot of stuff is running. You need to take that into account too.
What is the amp draw your fan? If 3A, 120v that would be about 30A on the battery plus the trucks draw on ACC. After an hour that is 30A/hr consumption. Thats working the battery pretty hard and would not go 5 hours.
Weight wise two could do it but I suggest four just to eliminate banging your truck up. It would be pretty awkward with two.
After it is set on the bed, about an hour fiddling with brackets and your done.
The steps are wider and slanted so that they are level in use. Overall it is stouter. The side rails are round instead of rectangular channel. It is also taller.
