I'll start with just the lower portion to see how it goes. I have 2 cans of Gator spray paint. I just have to remember not to rush it, as I always do when painting and end up with runs.
Not yet, Quadratec has them shipping 14 Feb. Once I get it, I'll post a pic of the cowl installed before I start painting it. In the pic, the area of concern is the fitment around the A-pillar at the windshield, but that was from pre-production models (based on my you tube research), so I...
I'm going with the RR snorkel as I don't want to cut the hood for the mopar, AEV, or ARB snorkels, or block the windshield from folding down with the Hawk designs. I pre-ordered the complete Hi/Low version (sale price of $540 a while back). If the high mount blocks too much of your view, just...
A rubicon in stock form drove great! Once I added the 37's something felt different. Now, with the brace, it feels normal again. I only have 500 miles on my JT, so maybe its all in my head.
Order it from Northridge 4x4 and use the litebrite code to save $20. I just got mine installed today (ordered it a while ago). I am also running the 1.5 TF level kit and a 3/4 inch daystar spacer in the rear with 37's. The pitman arm nut had red thread locker on it (???). Took forever to get...
my current setup. I snipped the pic from a video as I forgot to take a pic myself of the air compressor mounted. I used a bolt already in the engine bay to mount the air connection. No air tank yet. I bought the ARB mount from Eddie, it works great.
It was a busy and cold weekend for me in the garage. I installed the LOD mid-width bumper, amber KC cube lights, quadratec 12,000 pound winch, ARB compressor in the engine bay using way of life's compressor mount (check the pics for the location of my air connection - I put it there to keep it...
Picked this up last night. Of course its gloomy and raining today for the picture. 37's, bumper, winch, on-board air, and a few other things in the garage will be added this weekend. Going to run spacers for the moment until AEV, Teraflex, and Synergy come out with their lifts. This is nicer...
Gator JTR ordered thru the military auto source. Not the best price, but the pickup location is an hour away.
MSRP $53,005
Paid $49,067
tax and tags is another $3,610
3 days till we are together... finally. Hurry up Monday!!!
there is a list of items in the description section of the video (the arb compressor plus another $200 in extras). to add an air tank thou, need a longer hose to get to the tank and a long hose from the tank to the spot on the jeep you want the air connection. There are some inexpensive Viair...
Bringing this back to life as I have the same question. I have the engine bay ARB air compressor mount and I'm thinking of where to mount a 1 gallon tank. I pick up my JT in 2 weeks, but until then, any ideas?
I am mainly going for a bit more sound while spending as close to $0 dollars as possible. Maybe just remove the middle muffler and leave the first and third alone.
I agree, stolen jeep valor. lol
I'm gonna have to say the badges stay with the jeep while in that owners possession. If the owner sells the jeep, remove the badges and put them in your garage or mancave and not on your next jeep. Take your new jeep on all of those trails and get the badges...
