jeep should offer an 8.5 inch wide Mopar wheel with adjusted backspacing/offset instead of another 7.5 inch wide stock wheel for upgrades, then it might be worth doing it.
I just ordered those in black, set of 5 to rotate in my spare (37s Patagonia). it was that or running spacers on the stock wheels. I just can't see spending a lot on wheels that are most likely going to be scratched up after a few wheeling trips.
I like the Borah wheel in satin black with...
I just checked that out. I think I will need something more close to a factory look for inspection. I also saw one where a guy removed the 3 jeep mufflers, installed a magna flow in the first position and plain pipe in the other positions.
that's what my guy told me for my JTR build. Funny thing, I ordered thru the military while I was overseas which they tell you gives you a priority... well, that was a lie. I guess I will call them today for an update.
The JT has 3 mufflers/resonators under it. Has anyone cut 1 or 2 of them out and had regular exhaust pipe welded in? No reason to buy a whole new cat-back system, just cut out the most restrictive muffler and leave the rest as is. Any thoughts?
So this just happened. I was on the fence with going 35's or 37's for my DD (96% mall crawler, 4% off-road = 14.6 days of trails per year). These where cheaper than the Patagonia 35's. Still no gator JTR, just parts piling up in the garage. hurry up January delivery. Still waiting on AEV to...
In a SEMA video the rugged ridge guy said they will be releasing a stubby version of that bumper sometime next year. I also doubt they would sell a bumper that doesn't easily clear 37's when flexed out.
I guess I will have to call him tomorrow to get a better explanation instead of an email.
The 8inch screen has off road pages and navigation... anything else over the 7 inch screen? Is it worth the longer wait?
