Sorry no pictures. I will say after having them for a while they really do make a difference. I really noticed when backing into a parking spot. They are worth getting.
So far I installed the anvil overland mounts and the wolfbox screen. Took a little adjusting to get it where I wanted it but overall happy with where its mounted. Still have to wire it up and mount the cameras.
Just installed the new mirrors today. Got them a lot quicker than they said. I do like the blue tint. It is great in bright sunlight. Haven't driven at night yet. They do seem to show more but its not as dramatic as they show it to be IMO. Overall I like them.
Have seen some youtube videos on these seat jackers. 2 blocks you mount under the front of the seat and supposedly makes the seat more comfortable especially on long drives. Anyone have these and if so are they worth it? They are kind of expensive for what they are but if it means no more...
I agree but one thing I do like about goose gear is you can get half the kit first and add the other half when needed. Plus I like the lids have locks. I still want the passenger side seat for a few years yet but removing the driver side seat I would like to do now. Makes it easier to put...
That SHW offroad kit is nice but expensive. I don't like though that they did not finish the edges of the plywood with something. To charge that much money and not finish the edges of the plywood is a no go for me.
So ended up ordering the short dash bar from anvil overland along with the wolfbox mount. Didn't want to spend the money but figured the dash bar may come in handy to mount other things. Jeepvana on youtube convinced me. After watching his wolfbox install, the screen does look better mounted on...
Looking at getting the Wolfbox G900 tripro. Will the screen interfere with the sun visors? I have seen another way to mount the screen using a dash mounting bar but in order to do it it adds an extra $230 in parts. Though I do like the dash mount, I don't like spending the extra $230. If the...
Will be connecting a few accessories to battery and am looking for a clean way to do it. I've been looking at some kind of bus bar setup. Any recommendations on what to get? Something thats weatherproof?
When I had my grand cherokee and wrangler I put the same Alpine head unit in both. Had a 9 inch screen and would work with the factory backup camera in the grand cherokee. Crutchfield hooked me up with everything I would need for the install. Really good system.
I know Billie bars but they are over a grand for there bars that work with t slot covers. I was looking at their 11 inch high set. Want to try to be no higher than 12 inches high. Any other choices out there that are more in the $6 to $700 range? Will be mounting a tent and awning.
I have one. Its ok but not great. Installation is a pain and instructions are not great. Had to fiddle with it for a while to get it to keep out water near the tailgate. I do like the fact its more secure than the soft roll up cover I originally had.
Doing a lot of research it seems CB radios are not used much anymore. I'm trying to decide which is better for communication in emergencies and when cell service is not available.
Thanks
