FYI, scrolling the marketplace, I saw there is a set for sale and your WTB. Although they might be a bit too far away:

Really nice JT and it looks like you got a great deal.
For the bedliner, I would do spray-in personally. Another good option that is more comfortable but gives a little less bed protection is Bedrug.
The Mojave is great at overlanding and driving through rough terrain at speed. Great for things like fire roads that are rutted up a bit, etc…
Even for rock crawling, a Mojave will outperform most other trucks, including other JT models. It still has good factory ground clearance, 33s and a...
I am planning on having the Clutch Recall done but worried that the dealership might mess something up. My local dealership doesn't seem to stock manual transmission Jeeps. When I have gone in for service in the past, at one point they did not even have a tech who could drive a manual(they had...
You can get used engines from Rubitrux, they do heni swaps and sell the 3.6 they remove. They price them based on mileage and have some with less than 10k miles. Although if it is similar cost for a factory reman, that may be better with the warranty, etc…...
Nice JT, I love Gator. Looks great with the lift, wheels/tires. Nice list of mods, the regear to 4.88s is really great to have done already. Sounds like you made out really well with the trade.
Although 35s and 37s look good, there is something nice about a stock Willy’s with the 255/75/17s that looks really cool. With so many people going with bigger and bigger tires, the small pizza cutters look kind of Retro. I saw a Willys JT over this past weekend and it actually looked unique...
Personally, I would pass on this. Instead:
You could try to snag a good deal on a newer Rubicon(20-30% off is possible if you are willing to travel a bit) - about $50k for a nicely equipped new model
With the additional $20k difference you could easily pay to have someone do the lift...
For the best performance, keep stock size and go to the C rated BFG KO2 or KO3 which are lighter.
However, I would personally wear the stock ones out first as people above said too.
I actually like the transmission to hold lower gears. IMO, Better to pay a few bucks more for gas then put extra wear and tear on the engine by lugging it. The Pentastar also has a dual stage oil pump, so you don't get higher oil pressure until the RPMs get above a certain point.
Too Many - Mainly due to stupidly switching away from Jeeps a bunch of times. Then regretting it a few months later...
I think I am up to 13 Jeeps since 1997:
Mostly Wranglers and now Gladiators, but also
A 1994 Grand Cherokee - Super Rare manual transmission option
A Jeep KJ Liberty - They get...
I did the same thing and am on my 3rd Gladiator now. Sold my 1st one to go to a Wrangler JLU. Then back to a Gladiator Mojave. My job changed so I had a lot of commuting. Switched to a Tesla, got bored and 6 months later went back to a Gladiator Rubicon. Decided it was worth the gas cost...
