If this Gladiator is going to be only used on pavement or fireroads, then it's likely fine. And I do LOVE superchargers, I had one on a prior 2016 Charger Hellcat. BUT! If you are going to do some serious slow-mo, articulating, off-road trails, I would stay away from superchargers as they traditionally can put down a lot of torque to the bottom end, differentials, and suspension. The risk of snapping something at a low speed where you have high resistance is higher than a weaker naturally aspirated engine. That said, if the price is good for the overall package, why not? Broken parts are usually replaceable...

Personally, I would pass on this. Instead:
You could try to snag a good deal on a newer Rubicon(20-30% off is possible if you are willing to travel a bit) - about $50k for a nicely equipped new model

With the additional $20k difference you could easily pay to have someone do the lift, wheels/tires, Regear instead of supercharger, bed rack, decked, RTT, etc…. Or save some money and do yourself.

The regear won’t increase the power, but helps keep the 3.6 in the power band and can make a big difference. For example, 4.88s with 35s really feels quick with the v6 and 8 spd auto.

I'm an old man, have no time to buy a base model and mod it up!

Meh. I wouldn't. Buy new, get something fresh with a warranty - and mod it yourself.

Did not see the actual gears on the truck. That truck is way overloaded. Make sure the gears work with the wheel/tire size and the performance upgrades.....

If I have to buy new and mod it, I might as well buy a new Wrangler get the Xtreme 35 package and the Warn Winch package
