I figured it looks better than just buying a 2x4 and cutting it down.
1 treated 2x4
1 can Matte black Rustoleum spray-on
1 can Krylon gloss protectant
Gladiator stickers
1 package felt liners
I cut the 2x4 down to the correct size, then sanded the edge that I cut on only. I wanted the wood...
I installed the Shadeidea sun shade today and i really love the way it fits on the Gladiator, nice and tight and no sag at all. However, when I put the freedom panels back on, and drove it in my neighborhood, I definitely heard some wind noise coming in, doing only 20-30 mph. Anybody have any...
We took a day trip to Galveston yesterday to enjoy the cool weather we're having. I loaded up the Gladiator with the bare minimum, no suitcases of clothes, just a duffle bag and some other sundry items. I kept everything under the new tonneau cover. I filled up before the trip and every...
It's the Rough Country cover, I have to say I'm pretty pleased with it. Looks great, and wasn't really all that hard to install. I'm glad whoever blew the bed texturing in knew what they were doing and the holes were still there for mounting.
I'm sure a lot of you guys do, I'm looking at carrying a small 100 PSI pancake compressor after my tonneau cover is on. I had one laying around the garage, and after using teflon tape on all of the threading, cleaning it up a bit, I fired it up and it seems to be good. I figured I could keep...
I'd be interested in buying 4 of these tires to use on my existing rims. I'd like them to be on the newer side, maybe a couple thousand miles or less on them, let me know if you have any and what price you would be asking. Thanks !
Honestly, I don't really know where the Sirius antenna is. You know, that shark-fin looking thing on most cars, obviously it can't be on top of the cabin, so where did they hide it? Or, is it rolled up into the regular antenna somehow?
I'm excited ! I've looked around and this is the one I want. Looks pretty sturdy, and the install should be pretty quick from the video I watched.

A joke was made in another thread about Gladiator owners who don't put a lift kit on, being considered Philistines by the 'lifted' crowd and I thought maybe we could have our own thread here. I bought my Sport-S about 3 weeks ago and I love it. Not that I don't want larger tires, I surely do...
I don't plan on doing a lot of towing, but I would like to know exactly what I could do before it comes up. On my dealer sticker, it says the following:
STANDARD EQUIPMENT
7 and 4 pin wiring harness
Electronic Trailer Sway Control
Electronic Stability Control
Optional Equipment
Trailer-Tow...
Please excuse my ignorance but I don't even know the name of the plastic piece I'm referring to, that attaches the fender and bumper. The Rubicon and higher end models don't have this piece, but my Sport S does and it's pretty obvious that you have to remove this if you get higher profile...
I didn't see a specific forum on the bed or anything like that and I've looked around but didn't see anything on this subject....my Sport-S came with one power outlet, which is in the back seat. I know that the Rubicon and some other models have a power outlet in the bed. How easy or hard is...
I'm not going to be putting a lift kit on my Gladiator, at least anytime soon. When the time comes, I will replace my tires with something more aggressive like an off-road tire, but I need to stay with the tires that won't cause any rubbing issues if I were to go off-road. The ones I have are...
The sticker says that I have "Dana 44" axles front and rear. Shows up under standard equipment. Can somebody tell me if this is good or bad, and how they compare to other axles that come with other Gladiators? Thanks.
My son brought a present with him today, he bought me some LED headlamps and we put them in. I'm sure there are threads here that tell how to do this, but I thought I'd document what we did. Changing the left headlamp (the right one in the pics) was pretty easy. There was sufficient room...
Howdy y'all ! I owned a Renegade for 3 years before finally getting a real Jeep :D I bought a Gladiator Sport, not sure if it's 'S' or just Sport, it has a package that adds a lot of nice touches so either way I'm pretty happy. Talk about a ride upgrade.....anyway, I'm already looking...
