  1. Upper Dash Charging Hub

Yep that is the one I found too. I was hoping you had found a source that I missed. It does have a ton of reviews, 80% of them 5 star. Glad to hear it is working well for you. Thanks!
  2. Upper Dash Charging Hub

I can't believe I'm asking this question, because it is kinda a pet peeve of mine. Do you have a link to the hub that you ended up using (correct one)? I don't see a dc powered USB charger hub on ravpower site. I found a Chinese knock off on Amazon, but I prefer to not use Amazon and USA made if...
  3. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Finally got protection for the rear doors, for my dogs' nails. Thinskinz My only area where I think the design is slightly flawed. I wish it was tighter here
  4. Redarc towing install

I could find a place I was completely happy to permanently install it. So I just placed it here. I kind of figure I won't be using it much, and when I do I don't need to fiddle with it.
  5. What Overland Trailer do you tow?

That is pretty much how I'm figuring it. I don't know how much true 4x4 I would be doing anyways (with or without the trailer...especially if my wife has a say in it lol). She wanted running water and to be able to somewhat stand in the camper, ac and heat. I liked that it at least looked...
  6. What Overland Trailer do you tow?

I'm going with a Sunray 109. It isn't really a rugged offroad trailer, but is beefed up for some offroad. Unfortunately we don't have it yet, custom ordered it in February...didnt want the ones on the lot.
  7. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

I've been messing with this the last few days Took some boring videos of airing down then up. Air down (35 psi to 18 psi 1 minute and 45 seconds) Air up via 1/4" coupler and shop compressor (18 psi to 35 psi -1 minute and 7 seconds) Air up via manifold schrader valve with a shop air...
  8. DIY 4 tire air up/down system question...use a safety exhuast coupler??

Timing videos. Pretty boring stuff though. Air down (35 psi to 18 psi 1 minute and 45 seconds) Air up via 1/4" coupler and shop compressor (18 psi to 35 psi -1 minute and 7 seconds) Air up via manifold schrader valve with a shop air compressor (schader valve is for a gas station setup -...
  9. DIY 4 tire air up/down system question...use a safety exhuast coupler??

Got all the parts and put it together. It works exactly how I thought it would, so far. Piss poor video, especially since I had it connected to my shop compressor and no tires or tire air leads. But it does show how I can exhaust the compressor air, instead of putting it into the...
  10. DIY 4 tire air up/down system question...use a safety exhuast coupler??

I ordered the parts. If it works out the way I think it wiil, I'll post a video showing it. I agree starting the compression with 20-50 psi of back pressure won't destroy the compressor...at least not instantly. It just seems to me this may be a way to eliminate all fears of adding stress, and...
  11. DIY 4 tire air up/down system question...use a safety exhuast coupler??

Quick examples: Smittybilt 2781 manual Viair 450p manual I realize both of these have work arounds, but both don't want a closed air system...so no modding coupler to a standard air coupler, no shutting off shitof valve (with compressor running) to get accurate check on tire pressure.
  12. DIY 4 tire air up/down system question...use a safety exhuast coupler??

Current setup. All I would be changing is the 4 way manifold at the end. Changing to a digital gauge, adding schrader valve, change lever valve to a exhaust coupler.
  13. DIY 4 tire air up/down system question...use a safety exhuast coupler??

There wouldnt really be more parts, but maybe more complicated parts. I already have a shut off vavle on, which would come off, so the exhaust coupler would be replacing that. Trying to solve not over pressurizing the air compressor. So my options are a pressure switch or use something like the...
  14. DIY 4 tire air up/down system question...use a safety exhuast coupler??

This is the video I talked about in my first post, where a guy used a safety valve (not a safety coupler). I kinda like the thought of using a coupler, even more so since the valve he shows isn't currently available.
  15. DIY 4 tire air up/down system question...use a safety exhuast coupler??

It is kinda like that but more inline, and has to be manually switched open. more shut off valve like then pressure driven.
  16. DIY 4 tire air up/down system question...use a safety exhuast coupler??

This video explains a safety exhuast coupleer the best. But instead of just releasing the ait in the tool/hose it would be draining tires or exhausting the compressor so it doesnt over pressurize.
  17. DIY 4 tire air up/down system question...use a safety exhuast coupler??

So awhile ago I made up a 4 tire air up/down system, and after using it some on my Utha trip i have some upgrades in mind. I was wondering if anyone has used a air safety exhaust coupler instead of a normal handle valve to stop flow and/or air down. The basic premise would be that is...
  18. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Installed the Badlands Apex winch and a Tractor Supply 13" led light bar. Decided to go under the hoop with the light bar.
  19. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Couple more products for the Gladiator. Rockhard 4x4 aluminum mid-width recessed winch bumper, and the Rockhard 4x4 angle up sliders. I also through on the Gear America aluminum shackles. Probably picking up the HF Badlands Apex winch tomorrow.
  20. Rock Hard 4x4 Sliders

Rockhard aluminum mid-width front bumper on, and driver's side angle up slider on. No issues yet.
