Both (1 and 2 here) are Amsoil. The two first were Mopar not visible on here, I did have the analysis done through Blackstone labs and now switched to Horizon. I did a very early change at 2.5k after purchase I think the 7.5k and so on
Received my report; I sent the oil in a bit too early I think. I will try 6-7k next.
I was running Mopar oil so far, and switched to Amsoil MS for the last two changes.
Nice, I just verified for my understanding so their FS line is product code EFM, and their MS line is AFL.
Now back to eoilreport thing, they have 3 entries in their database:
EFM Europeean Car Formula
AFL European Car formula
FS SYN Motor oil
I'm not sure what 3 is for but it got me confused...
Ive just deducted something out of your message and the one of mine you’re directly answering to.
AFLQT-EU just means its the Quart (QT) version of the AFL oil family and I can find this on the app, it's just inconsistent with the “FS European Motor Oil” or whatever and I was expecting to find...
After the first oil report, you’re supposed to just be able to create a submission on the app and send your sample in with the qrcode so you don’t have paperwork to do. I like that but it turns out into a nightmare because it doesn’t work since they’re missing values. I’m talking with the rep...
Basically my question I had earlier that was left unanswered. You’ve used EFM European car formula, and they flagged that it doesn’t match the lubricant data they see in the oil.
So I’ll ask again to confirm since I’m waiting since 15+ days to send my sample to avoid this precise issue: what’s...
Looks like RPM Steering is doing their own ends starting this week after few months of testing. My kit should have their new ends when it’s shipped ?
Since we have people having different things here we’ll be able to compare dimensions, thickness etc if needed.
I’m about to send my oil for analysis through Horizon oil analyzers (the one you get when you buy Amsoil analysis kit). I’m running the Amsoil MS but can’t find the oil in their database to register the sample. What do you guys use?
looks like they have FS but not MS in their database?
I believe alpha OBD or any other solution that do writes operations through the OBDII port needs the security gateway bypass cable too so you’d be using a different cable to get access to the can bus anyway and both should be usable at the same time. Since alpha OBD requires a OBDII compatible...
Is it still the case? Couldn’t find any specifics on that. Still waiting on my kit.
Apex ones are clearly branded, see picture, do we know if rpm is selling an unbranded version or something?
Ordered RPM on my side.
You also have Apex Chassis to consider a a few others. I believe there are existing thread about those that may help:

What bugs me is that I’m also aiming for RPM or alike and I don’t like the way those boots and angle look on your install. Have you checked at install time if that angle was already like this?
Feels like this shouldn’t happen in normal condition and it is an error made at install time?
EDIT...
So im also chasing similar. Also did a dry check, nothing. However I see a few ball joints that do hop a bit / bind at the pitman arm location, see:
I can also wiggle my drag link and tire rod a bit:
Now, I’ve asked friends to try on theirs and it’s solid no play at all. They’re also not...
Came back from the dealer today. I don't understand why they needed it in the first place, as they told me they would place me on the waitlist and call me back for the service. Depending on what they find, they'll do another inspection at the time of service (??) and will order other parts. It...
I feel like my lever is undone at the bottom position (when not set) there is a big play and I hear metal clanking like something is loose when lifting it a bit before it grabs. Anyone had this issue or is it the default behavior? I can’t remember but it definitely feels like it’s not tight...
The service bulletin says it'll take 1.5 hours to change for the tech. Multiply this by whatever amount it usually take for you to finish an X-hour job, for me easily 2-3 ??‍♂
The onboard tank solution can work with a way smaller bottle if someone can find a belt-driven compressor that can push more than 150PSI and more importantly fit in our engine compartment ?. This would be similar to have An infitine powertank. Larger LMTV vehicles uses those belt driven...
