Is there such a thing? Or has anyone added one? Last week I drove 200 miles from Key Largo to Ft. Lauderdale with the tailgate down. Fortunately, nothing flew out during the drive north.

So, in looking for the aux wires, I found a single wire coming out of the harness on the kick panel side. Anybody know what this is?

They bricked mine yesterday (or so they thought) and ordered a new PCM. Later, they got a notification that techs were having success updating after pulling the radio fuse. I picked up my Jeep this morning.

I’m thinking that the PCM was never bricked, but the shop had too many hours in it, so just ordered a new one. That was until they got the service notice. They also knew that I brought the Jeep in for Wave service before taking it cross country next week.

Thanks Ian. I was about to call Dealer’s service to see if they were aware of this fix. They called me this morning to tell me my Jeep was ready. I asked them if they pulled the fuse and they said yes! They got a notification and stayed after hours last night to do the update.

Well, I just got back from the dealer in a junk loaner. Went in for Wave service and they tried to do the Z37 update (without my knowledge or consent, of course). They are trying to find a new PCM…
